Pros:

Amazing hotel room. It felt really luxurious and very modern.

My Taxi to the airport could not arrive so the hotel staff helped me ordering a new one and I made it on time for my flight. Thank you :)

Pros:

飯店就在地鐵站的出口對面，很方便，而且室內空間足夠放三個行李之餘仍有走動的空間，飯店設施具有品質，也很整潔，除此之外，也提供許多旅行小物，性價比很好！

Comfortable stay and conveniently located across a train station
Pros:

Located across the road from a train station which made it accessible to travel within the city. Large room with comfortable beds, bidet toilet and all amenities provided (slippers, toothbrush, hair ties, ear plugs). Free use of laundry facilities which was great for long stays and during summer - they offered staff assisted laundry whereby they will place your clothes into the washing machine and dryer and then deliver it to your room once completed. If you forget your personal belongings at the hotel, they will try and post it to you. Great staff service.

Cons:

Issues with the hot water system. Water remained lukewarm for the entire stay

Pros:

- Clean warm rooms with everything you need;
- The Hanzhong Road metro station is nearby, two stops from central Shanghai;
- Very good service, including delivery and laundry services;
- Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

- The hotel is a bit tired;
- There are no cafes or restaurants near the hotel;
- Very poor breakfasts; bad coffee, limited selection, especially compared to breakfasts at hotels of the same chain in Beijing;
- The staff doesn't speak English at all; using a translator turns into a quest and takes a lot of time.

Excellent, would recommend to anyone
Pros:

The staff, especially Jia Xin, were always smiling and always went out of their way to provide help.

Hotel is right across the metro station that is on 3 different metro lines.

Simple and homely supper provided every day.

Room has heated racks for towels, etc.

There is something similar to a google home assistant which was quite cute.

Smart toilet bowl with many functions

Cons:

The view from one of the rooms during the second leg of our trip was quite limited.

Totally would reccomend.
Pros:

Friendly staff (Jia Xin was great). They always offered water whenever they saw us. The cleaning ladies would great us with a wide smile, which is not an experience I usually have with hotels.

Free laundry service was awesome.

Cons:

The toilet and the shower were separate, and is right near the door to enter/exit the room. Meaning, to go from the toilet to the shower (and vice versa), you'd need to walk through the area where you place your shoes which doesn't feel very clean

Pros:

Very friendly and warm service. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, great range of freshly cooked food and fresh cut fruit. Great modern shower head with buttons to adjust the setting. directly opposite metro exit 3 of line 1 Hongzhong station.

Cons:

Can't think of any.

Pros:

Our room was beautiful and cozy. The cleanliness was perfect. The floors, towels, toilet, and bed linen were just great. It was so comfortable. Very quiet area, away from central Shanghai. The girls at the reception were ready to help every minute. We really liked it. The interner was also normal.

A great hotel with a pleasant experience
Pros:

The room was the best thing, It was big, clean and modern with great though in the client.
One of the great things was power button control that was simple and worked as intended. Rooms where nice and a lot of space.

Cons:

I can say I dislike anything about this place.
