La réception fait le minimum pour aider les clients. La personne du room service du soir est vraiment très gentille

Cons:

La réception n’est pas aidante. La chambre pour 3 personnes est très petite. Un lit de 2metres pour 3 personnes. Lorsqu’on a demandé à changé, on nous dit, « will check and do out best » mais nous n’avons eu aucun retour . Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cette petite chambre.

Top Location, Great Staff
Pros:

The location is fantastic, easy walk to everything. Metro, shopping mall & restaurants just outside the hotel.
The room was quiet and great aircon , cleaned daily.
Good breakfast selection, the most pleasant thing about the stay was the staff , always helpful and welcoming . Arranged our airport transfers and made sure we were happy with everything.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will visit again !

A very pleasant experience in the heart of Shanghai.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect to go around either on foot or using the public transportation. Breakfast was tasty.
