Very very poor value for money. The room was miss represented compared to online photos. Then charged extra 500 for bathroom on suit. That’s a scam.
SCAM HOTEL, very low water pressure in shower. Room not clean. Noise location.

We booked and when we arrived on the location no one was there to attend us,the gate was locked, closed and we've been knocking and waiting for almost an hour in the middle of the night yet still no one was around to help so we went to another hotel until now there's was no refund on us,its been more than week.Beware on this hotel!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Cherry accommodated us and was so lovely. She made it feel like we were at home and staying with family. The room was so quiet and cozy. Everything was perfect. This is the place to stay at if you are staying in Carcar.

property is a scam and keeping a money that was not checkedin or service that they did not provide. booking.com and the property are pointing fingers to make the scheme possible.
We arrived at around 21:30 my family traveled a long way and so was I, so we're all tired when we got there. However no room was ready for us as the host missed my bookings, we were 5 adults only 2 towels, we then need to ask for blankets as there wasn't any, no mats in toilets so nothing to dry your feet when getting out from shower! breakfast were sat up before you, so everything is like stone cold.
The staff was exceptional. So kind and helpful.
Bed was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning work well. Staff were friendly and offered free brewed coffee as room service.
Shower was not good as the holes were blocked / no pressure. The TV wasn't showing any channels. Breakfast was very average and not included with the price of the room.

The comfort room has lock of toiletries and the construction of the drainage was not good. Improved the cleanliness and have some dust in the flooring i guess its from the ongoing construction.
