Pros:

Convenient location to visit daughter in Estero

Cons:

Slight smell in room upon entering each evening but went away after awhile. Need stronger coffee and more creamer choices.

Peaceful and safe area
Pros:

Very clean property. I stay here for business travel and I have not had any issues.

Cons:

I left my earbuds and eye glasses and when I asked the night receptionist about them, she stated I needed to ask day shift staff because she didn't have access to lost and found. Unfortunately I was unable to reach anyone by phone when I left because their lines go to a toll free customer service number. I wish she had taken the extra step to provide my information to day shift manager to inquire more about the items I left in my room on my previous stay.

Amazing peaceful place
Pros:

Absolutely everything! Great comfortable room , everything was so clean . Amazing location . Laundry open 24/7 which is very handy when you finish your holiday and wants to wash you clothes before long flight

It was a great stay
Pros:

The hotel was really modern, clean and the staff members I came in contact with were very friendly. I would love to stay there again if I’m ever in that area. I had a terrible weekend so the hotel was really the highlight of my weekend. I would definitely recommend it to friends!
