Expérience catastrophique ! Nous avons attendu jusqu’à minuit pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre. Il
N’y avait pas de draps pour le canapé lit. Pendant l’attente, aucun rafraîchissement ne nous a été proposé alors que nous voyageons avec deux enfants après un long vol. Nous avons compris que ce n’est que lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel qu’ils ont commencé à chercher quelqu’un pour faire le ménage. Et la personne a pris le temps de laver puis faire sécher les serviettes avant qu’on puisse récupérer les clés. Du grand n’importe quoi. Aucune explication fournie pour utiliser le lave-linge. Et nous avons, lors du départ, oublié une casquette dans lave-linge chambre : malgré plusieurs messages envoyés, aucune réponse ne nous a été apportée. À fuir absolument.
