I liked the neighborhood. Everything you need within walking distance.

Falta de atencion al detalle en el servicio
Pros:

El cambio de habitación tras haber identificado que la habitación inicial presentaba oportunidades de aseo y orden.

Cons:

La habitación reservada no tenía el aseo correctamente. Y se evidenció con el personal del hotel. Al igual, salimos a las 615 am del hotel y no fue posible desayunar puesto que el desayuno no se encontraba disponible. Y habiamos pedido especial atención el dia anterior al host para lograr desayunar a la hora prevista de apertura 6 am del restaurante.

Pros:

Es cercano al aeropuerto, pero depende mucho del tráfico. Al ser nuestro vuelo a las 9am, salimos a las 6:30am y nos demoramos casi 2 horas en llegar. Tendría en cuenta este detalle, porque además se aumenta muchísimo el costo del uber o taxi.

Cons:

Me parece demasiado costoso para lo incómodo que es. La habitación todo el tiempo olía a cigarrillo, lo comentamos y no hubo solución, no hay ayuda con las maletas, las habitaciones no cuentan con nevera, y en general siento que el apoyo del hotel fue nulo. No me volvería a hospedar allí.

after traveling all day arrived at 12am
had asked for my room to be near the elevator, it wa as far away as possible from the elevator and reception could not tell me the television guide , wanted to send someone to the room
THEN I go the the day of travel off only to find that the shower did not have a shower head, just a tube of water

I believe I did my part as a client/consumer, made my reservation and paid only to have their sevice incomplete
or am I confused that I should be able to to shower in a room at a hotel that advertises bathroom included
next morning made my complaint only to fall on deafness with the front desk- asked that they resolve something
for me at departure and the managers did not want to talk with me, they were busy
service at its worst
complete rip off-the owners have other hotels in the San Jose area which I have stayed (did not know they owned
this brand as well) and it is very very typical to receive this quality of product and lack service, the personnel are definitely trained by someone who doesn't know what customer service is
do not book this hotel on your platform
