Good location. Walking distance to most popular attractions
Limited hotel services. Hot water does not work most of the time. Either too cold or too hot in the shower.

Our room was just ok. Bathroom was ok. It was enough for our one night stay. A little cramped trying to bring our luggages into the corridor and elevator.
Es war nicht unbedingt sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die eine Nacht war es ok. Aber für einen längeren Zeitraum würden wir dort nicht buchen.
Das Bad war stark renovierungsbedürftig und nicht gerade sauber. Das Zimmer war hellhörig und klein.

De locatie is top en het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamer is goedkoop dus we hadden geen hoge verwachtingen van de faciliteiten.
Helaas had onze kamer geen licht inval van buiten en zou er wel wat onderhoud gedaan kunnen worden. Het was redelijk schoon maar er lagen wel sigaretten peuken van eerdere gasten.

El peor hotel que hemos estado en todo Vietnam. Una de las noches, vino a las 11 de la noche la policía a llamar a nuestra puerta (un cuarto piso), os podéis imaginar el susto que nos metimos, que ni abrimos la puerta. Cuando bajamos al rato a preguntar al recepcionista, se extrañó que preguntáramos y simplemente nos dijo que "era un control rutinario al estar cerca de Bui Vien Walking Street". Además, encontramos una cucaracha en el baño, así que fue una muy mala experiencia y por tanto no recomendamos el hotel.

Friendly staff and an easy check-in, with laundry facilities available that are done for the next day. Not crazy noisy considering it's on a main road
Doesn't fully look like the pictures, so I found it to be a little misleading - perhaps we were just unlucky with the room we were allocated, pictures make it look like the room is really bright but ours was not
Located just a short walk from Bui Vien Walking Street and about a 10 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Hotel is situated on a busy road, so you do hear a little road noise but nothing that prevents you from being able to sleep. Great location. No breakfast offered, but so close to everything, you can find somewhere for breakfast and coffee near by. Great value for money in the heart of District 1.
Shower head needed some loving as water went every which way. Also, there was a fine knack to not having a scolding water or sub zero water coming down. This was the only issue, and even then it wasn’t a huge issue for my partner or I.
