The behaviour of the Hotel Manager and the other support staffs are very good, especially Mr Shiva he is very polite and professional. It is really value for for money to stay in this hotel.
The Manager lied about the room that he will give us. He misled. He showed a large room but finally gave a bathroom sized room. Don't trust him

Room was a good size with comfy bed
The whole check in experience spoiled our stay. When we arrived at the reception we were asked to take a seat and wait for the manager. The manager turned up and said that the room we booked wasn't available. And like others in previous reviews, he demanded an extra 1000 rupees for an alternative room. I pointed out that I was aware of his scam from reading other reviews. He then started to become very abusive and told me to cancel my booking. My wife then took his photo and said we would expose his scam. He then backed down and said we didn't have to pay the extra. When we went to the room, surprise! It was the same room we had booked. PLEASE BE AWARE OF HIS SCAM

The whole problem was that they threatened
This was finally resolved when the police came
Clean but they didn't clean on our 2nd and 3rd day of our stay
They charged extra than the amount booked on booking.com ,3k more

Very Bad Service staff were very bad , Room was clean nice 👍 condition bed comfortable, washroom was good But , wifi was not there , staff is not active, And the reception man was Roud behaviour and not helpful, and thy take a chance there take extra money from me 🙏
Property in good location
Member of staff, charging more than booking.com. we booked 12,000 rupees, but he was asking 15000 rupees. If we not paid booking will cancel
