Cons:

The hotel doesn't exist, after searching for it for more than two hours and then complaining to customer care in booking.com....the hotel chain called "Fabhotels" got in contact saying that the hotel is closed for renovations and got mistakenly booked by booking.com....as a solution they booked an alternative hotel nearby called "via Dream Plaza" and sent us a new booking confirmation...once we arrive there, this hotel denied us entry saying that the hotel chain "Fabhotels" sent them less money....even after requesting several times they refused to contact the "fabhotels" chain directly and insisted it was our responsibility....we tried contacting "Fabhotels" repeatedly but they never picked up the call again .....then I had to call booking.com customer support again for cancelling the booking ...the only silver lining of the whole situation was the support from booking.com......shortly after the solution from booking.com...the "Fabhotels" got in touch, but with an invoice asking for money for cancellation of their alternative solution hotel, which denied us entry.....I can only say that be aware of any hotels from the chain "Fabhotels"....they seem to be predatory and borderline scamming people...I had some bad experiences with them in the past also but this was the height of harassment for me...and to make it worse I made the reservation for my sick parents who flew back that afternoon and just wanted a place to rest.....so I can only caution people who might face the same situation

Owner is good. But he needs to provide clean stuffs for hotel guests.
Pros:

Staffs are friendly. Owner Zahid is a good guy.

Cons:

The rooms are below standard. Bed sheet, blanket, pillows everything was dirty. I asked several times to change the things but it seems they don't have cleaner than those things.

Very remote location and unprofessional staff
Pros:

Location is very remote, far away from market and main road. There is no resturant etc nearby.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience on check in and check out. I reached Kolkata at around 10. But over phone they told me that check in time is 12 and early check in is not allowed. So I had to go directly to my office and checked in in the evening. Next day, they continuously called me from receiption four five times right from 6am to inquire when will I check out. Although check out time is 11, they insisted me to check out early, since other guests are waiting. At around 10 am, two house keeping guys came to my room to inquire why I have not checked out till now. It's disgusting. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Pros:

Nothing much...had to take it as the hotel I booked through booking.com turned out to be a fraud and had to take another atvlast minute.

Cons:

Very basic facilities. Hard bed. Linen seemed to be from a museum. Bathroom taps were coming off. No toiletries and on asking I was given for sachets of shampoo.

They over charge every thing
Pros:

It was clean the first day but after that no one came to clean my room.

Cons:

They charge over for everything, for every 1L water bottle of Rs 20/- they have taken Rs. 30 /- , which is wrong. No one can charge you more than the MRP.
