Pleasant, relaxing, comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Rocky (the day worker) is an absolute gentleman and a hard worker.

Cons:

Only that I'd have paid less if I just turned up as opposed to booking ahead, but I do understand they have fee's to pay to Booking.com

I had a great stay at this capsule hotel. The place was quiet, very clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The capsule itself was spotless and comfortable, making it perfect for a short stay.

The location was also a big plus, you can step right outside and there are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which was super convenient.

Checkout was flexible, with the option to extend your stay for an additional cost if needed. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it, especially for short stays.

Cons:

The showers were ok, although there was no body wash provided, so it’s best to bring your own.

The only small downside was that larger luggage had to be stored separately from the capsule in a space without much lighting, which made it a bit difficult to sort through belongings. There was a curtain, you do need to open it for lighting while accessing your bags, which can be slightly inconvenient.

Insgesamt gut, hat meine Nacht gerettet
Pros:

Alles Wichtige für eine "Notübernachtung" vorhanden, 24h checkin, Wasserspender, klimatisiert und nicht zu kalt, WLAN, Strom, klasse! Duschen kann man auch, Seife wird gestellt.

Cons:

Die Toiletten lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Quasi ok per una notte
Pros:

Vicino areoporto. 30RM con grab. L'oste è stato molto carino e ci ha tenuto una borsa che avevamo dimenticato per una settimana. La capsula ha ac e prese per caricare telefoni.

Cons:

Il bagno non è top. Farsi una doccia è impensabile. Le capsule sono completamente non insonorizzate e si sente ogni singolo rumore degli altri che vanno e vengono ovviamente a ogni ora. Pulizia non delle migliori ma neanche la peggiore in Malesia.

Excellent memories with great service
Pros:

It was a great opportunity for us to gain some experience using a capsule hotel to stay in Malaysia for a short time period near to Terminal 1, Also I would like to give our gratitude to Wasantha who was there to assist us for everything. Great human being and a wonderful person who is a great example of a dedicated customer service representative.

Arrangement of washrooms could have done better way considering Male / Female separation
