TV not working..
Pros:

The place is very comfortable. The contact person was nice and kind. Check in was very easy.

Cons:

The TV was not working. Paid full price and no compensation. It's unfair as it's stated that TV is included but can't use. You feel like you're staying in a cave. No compensation from owner nor apologies. Just leave it like that :(

WONDERFUL PLACE FOR FAMILY STAY
Pros:

Everything was GREAT about the stay there.

Cons:

Heater in the bathroom isn't functioning, that could've been repaired.

Nice and comfort but need to upgrade or change the dining table set.
Pros:

Location and easy to access.

Cons:

This is my second time stay at the same unit. Unfortunately the dining table still same. The dining chair is broken and not suit to sit on it. The wifi not functional.

Pros:

fully furnished

Cons:

only 1 toilet at upstairs.
no room, just open hall.
difficult to communicate with owner because no line in parking area.
must register a car plate (hv give earlier but still didn't register).
the 1M car park for visitor, difficult to find..
wifi internet not stable (or didn't connect?)
also difficult to find parking with a number reference (because of this parking issue, i've received 'mess sticker' 'bout parking sh**....)

Worst stay ever
Pros:

I wasnt given this property but had waited almost 2 hours after check in time at mailroom for the key and access card that never arrived. Then a cleaner comes said the key is in other place so eill give other unit for the stay that is nothing like in the picture. No price difference but place was totaly different. DONT BOOK THIS UNIT.

AN UNFORTUNATE EVENT, wish booking can give me compensation
Pros:

Easy to find the building but feel like in maze runner once entering the gate. Spacious, clean and new room. Easier to get food or anything.

Cons:

1. I GOT NO INSTRUCTION ABOUT HOW TO GET THE KEY, WHERE’ S THE PARKING LOT ETC.
YOU DIDNT SEND ME THE INSTRUCTION BEFOREHAND IN WHICH YOU SHOULD. WHEN I ASKED AND CALLED YOU, YOU SPEAK NO MALAY AT ALL (OK FINE) BUT YOU ASKED ME TO FIND SECURITY GUARD INSTEAD SENDING ME THE INSTRUCTIONS???(GUARD SPEAKS NO MALAY AT ALL AS WELL). Thank god I found another family, we look for the key together like treasure hunt.

2 THE TELCO LINE / INTERNET IS HORRIBLE AT THE PARKING LOT. A HUGE HASSLE SINCE I GOT NO INSTRUCTION BEFOREHAND. A LITERAL HELL. THANK GOD I CAME WITH FRIENDS NOT MY FAMILY. LITERALLY NOT GOOD FOR OLD PEOPLE CAN RAISE YOUR BP!

3. THE KETTLE NOT FUNCTION :)

4. THE WASHING MACHINE ALSO LEAKING WHEN SPIN, moving and not really stick to the place when use.

5. YES, THE FURNITURES ARE FRAGILE. Careful if you have extra weight.

Yes I am mad bcs I drove 8 hrs just to enter this maze.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Its really recommended if you really want to have a place just to hangout and chill in the ro

The facilities provided is really good. The property person is also nice and helpful at giving guide. Its really comfortable. They also provide a residence parking and it’s really convenient.

Cons:

Regarding safety, the door has only one lock. I hope you can consider to add more locks.
