Pro 2 lidi asi v pořádku, pro 4-5 lidí nedostatečné. Nikde nejsou háčky na ručníky.
Pros:

Celkem dobrá lokalita s přístupem do centra Shinjuku. Dole vynikající kavárna a čisto a bezpečno

Cons:

Ubytování je pro 4 dospělé absolutně nevyhovující. Pro 2 dospělé bych hodnotil pokoj jinak, ale jelikož majitel nabízí ubytování až pro 5 lidí, je toto nevyhovující. Museli jsme přeskládat stůl a židle jinam, abychom mohli rozložit "lůžka" v obýváku. Lůžko je luxusní slovo, jsou to vlastně 2 polštáře na které se dá matrace. Vůbec netuším, kam bych dal 5 lůžko a navíc asi jen matraci, protože už nebylo si na co lehnout.
Předpokládá se, že lidé přijedou s kufry. Ty nejsou kam dát. Háčky na ručníky nejsou, musíte věšet na židle nebo garnýže.
Nebylo uklizeno jak bych očekával. Vlasy na podlaze, když jsem posunuli stůl, prach a sponky do vlasů po předchozích hostech, zapomenuté náušnice a pinzeta v koupelně. Uklizeno jen tak narychlo.

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement à l'emplacement pratique.
Pros:

L'appartement est très bien placé, dans un quartier agréable proche de tout - mais néanmoins calme, avec un petit resto super au bout de la rue. Notre hôte s'est montré très réactif lorsque nous avons rencontré un petit problème.
La climatisation, indispensable en cette saison, fonctionnait bien - et dans les deux pièces, et il était appréciable d'avoir des produits de toilettes à disposition.
L'intérieur de l'appartement était propre.
Les deux stations de métro sont à 10 minutes à pied, et il y a des konbinis à 2 mns.
L'appartement est à une minute d'un petit parc agréable, avec un joli temple.

Cons:

Le logement n'est pas fait réellement pour 5 personnes; il n'est pas grand - nous sommes à Tokyo, c'est normal, mais surtout il n'y a que deux sièges devant la table à manger/bar. Il n'y a que très peu de couverts.
Le ménage n'avait pas été fait sur le balcon, il y avait des mégots de cigarettes et des sandales.

Pros:

A quiet neighborhood. A nice apartment. It was not big but for two persons perfect. Amenities were provided. Everything we needed for a short stay.

Spacious peaceful apartment in the heart of Tokyo
Pros:

Spacious apartment right in the heart of Tokyo. Extremely convenient location that is close to all the action but in a quiet neighbourhood. The facilities were extremely clean, bed was very comfortable and Ruka was super easy to communicate with. Overall, can’t fault it, would definitely stay here again.
