Location was convenient and parking was easy. Luxurious styled rooms.
We couldn’t control the temperature in our room as it is centrally controlled. It was 30 degrees Celsius upon arrival at the beginning of April and we had no way to turn it down. It was extremely uncomfortably warm. The staff gave us a fan and told us to open the window. For the price, and it being nonrefundable, I’d expect to be able to control the temperature in our room to a reasonable extent.
Everything is pretty much perfect !

Check out time at 10am was a bit early but manageable.

No amenities - no shop to buy any food - no activities for children
I love the environment that is covered by snow and the facilities, such as the free gondola to access the snow mountain
The room rate is too high, so guests can easily choose to stay in the city and come to visit for skiing and snowboarding. Please include free transportation from Otaru to the Hotel for anyone who booked or is staying at the resort, and add more frequent rounds of the bus to the city
