I would come back if I had another very early flight
Pros:

good location for an early flight from the airport
good information at the check in desk
possibility to boil water and a cup to drink the tea from
free bus ticket since I had to leave too early for the airport shuttle bus, bus station nearby
quiet room

Cons:

no tea bags (nor coffee). Luckily I had it with me
no help to carry my very heavy luggage (2x23kg plus backpack) to the room

Parfait pour un départ depuis Basel airport
Pros:

La proximité avec l’aéroport. Le Casino juste à côté du restaurant de l’hôtel 😁! Le bar de la réception de l’hôtel. Et littéralement tout le personnel. Pensez également que vous pouvez lasser votre voiture au parking de l’hôtel et vous faire amener à l’aéroport.

Cons:

Bar de l'hôtel fermé à 24h00 et un employé était à la réception. Celui-ci refuse de servir une boisson.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Impossible de se faire un café. Pas de bouilloire.
Impossible de prendre une boisson à l'étage. Ceci avec la carte de la chambre et prix exagéré.
Parking payant frs.15.-- pour une nuit alors que la barrière en sortant était ouverte. Ceci parce que j'ai réservé par booking.
Au départ, le réceptionniste ne parlait pas français.
