Check out time is early
The onsen was very nice to have within the hotel.
Facilities were not advertised correctly and charges were unknown for them. Room size was very small and little to no space for bags or clothing.

The tiniest rooms! We had two hand luggage bags which filled the floor. Any bigger there’s simply no room.
Having to pay to use the swimming pool - shouldn’t be included in advertising if you have to pay to use it.
Très bien situé et parfaitement identique aux photos lors de notre réservation. Aucune mauvaise surprise avec cette chaine d'hotel !
L'espace est assez réduit dans les chambres mais on le savait déjà car nous avions déjà séjourné dans un hotel de la chaine APA. Donc rien à signaler de négatif
ottima posizione nel quartiere Namba vicino al centro e ai servizi. Hotel fornitissimo di tutto, perfino di un supermercato interno. Enorme e spettacolare onsen. Bellissima la terrazza panoramica con piscina che purtroppo, nonostante il periodo gia caldo ed estivo era chiusa.

Great location and standard
The limitations for pool, but it’s understandable. They could also put some more signs in lobby- how to get to the main train lines etc. there are many entries and exits and it’s challenging lol!
Maybe 2 people doing luggage as it was very busy.
Small bathrooms, but good supply of amenities.
Laundry station could be bigger. Or have a quint system with a number? Maybe online? I was there for 3 hours- going back and forth. Online system would be brill and would maybe make sure people collect items when they have finished washing.
