Hotel had a lot of amenities. 7 eleven, onsen, laundromat, pool etc
Checking in and out was kinda dumb. Very weird mix kiosk interactions and going to the front desk. Had to go back and forth both times. Staff kinda played dumb on a lot of stuff but that might be a Japanese thing to avoid conflict. The elevators close too fast and someone closed the door on me. I wasn't hurt, but it's crazy because Asians will just hammer the close button with zero regard for others.

Modernes, schönes Gebäude mit toller Aussicht in den oberen Etagen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, durch den Stauraum unter dem Bett hat man aber etwas Platz gewonnen.
Vieles ist automatisiert und damit recht unpersönlich. Wir haben das Hotel unter anderem wegen der Fitnessmöglichkeit gebucht. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus dass es keinen Raum gibt, sondern ein Fitnessstudio für dessen Nutzung man extra bezahlen muss. 20€ für eine Stunde sind aber exorbitant hoch und unverhältnismäßig. Die Ausstattungsanzeige war also fehlerhaft. Auf Nachfrage entschuldigte man sich für die Irreführung - mehr aber nicht, also auch kein Entgegenkommen oder ähnliches. Dadurch ist für uns auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stark gesunken.
Wem Fitness egal ist, wird das Hotel aber gefallen.
Easy access to the metro, and pretty close to dotonburi. And having a 7-eleven inside it make the life so easy
It is a packed hotel, there are so many people that you can wait 15 minutes for a Elevator.
The location was a very short walk to Namba train station, the tourist district. The hotel is pretty new
The lift times during check in and check out were ridiculous long. Allow 10+ mins. Staff do not speak english, public bathroom said no phones or tattoos but people were in there with both. Rooms are very small compared to other hotel we stayed in.

Dårlig kundeservice. Personalet er ligeglad med dig og gider ikke hjælpe dig. Vores ven havde glemt sit kort på hotellet og de ville knapt nok hjælpe ham med at komme ind. Værelserne var små og der bliver ikke gjort rent. Svømningpoolen var lukket alle dage, vi var der.
