Pros:

The location, accommodation, food. Staff were really polite and helpful. To be honest I wouldn't normally think about going to a hotel in a business type park. We were pleasantly surprised. It was so relaxed there that we didn't bother going out in the evening. We had a meal in the restaurant, which was excellent and drinks in the bar area after our meal. Breakfast was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a friendly city
Pros:

Very clean an comfortable hotel. Staff was especially friendly and helpful, neighborhood was good even though the location was a bit far from city center. Towels get 10/10! Breakfast buffet was very good and well managed

Cons:

We did not dislike anything. Some vending machine with cold drinks and snacks would have been appreciated but no must need. Needed to drive to city center, but that was expected.

Exceptional stay highly recommended
Pros:

Everything was extremely well organised and the staff were definitely some of the best we’ve ever had plus breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant are truly 10/10

Cons:

Only a slight thing for us was the location but absolutely worth a little extra drive

Gives the city centre hotels with their slapdash service a real run for their money would choose thisIHG over Hotel Indi
Pros:

Very friendly, approachable staff. Very sensible and helpful . Very nice welcome. They set a good tone for the hotel. Night manager at 3am when we had to leave was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Fantastically comfortable bed. Mattress was supportive yet soft.

Cons:

Walking all the way down the corridor to get some cold water and to try and make a cup of tea. The hot water machine didn’t work no matter how many times we followed the instructions.
