I thought the continental breakfast was a good selection but the hot buffet needs to be more traditional
Immaculate rooms, comfortable bedding and a huge TV with the added bonus of being able to stream your own programmes. Friendly reception staff. Great location
This is a pet friendly hotel. Such a shame as it’s brand new and I don’t believe that dogs should be allowed in hotel rooms.
You can request a pet free room however
A brilliant modern hotel, with friendly staff. Beds very comfortable.
Wi-Fi down on arrival and our room not ready, despite arriving past the earliest check-in time.

Didn't eat there but the bar was nice and the staff were very friendly and polite. The room was the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in and for once I couldn't hear other people's bathroom noises! Wonderful!
Pillows too fat - four very fat pillows on the bed ,so couldn't get comfortable. Nobody should sleep with that much under their heads, it's really bad for your neck. I woke up with very stiff neck. Perhaps a thinner one as an option would be good.
Bit cheeky charging so much to park when surely most people have to drive there. But the room rate was great.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Evening meal was nice.
No tea and coffee facility in room. Its at the far end of the corridor. No iron in room, just a steamer that doesn't get out the creases. Breakfast was below par. Made with cheap ingredients and not very well cooked.
Lovely new hotel, liked the eco friendly touches and design and the number 4 bus has a stop to the university right outside. The staff were really friendly aswell.
It’s crazy to have to pay extra for parking at an out of town hotel
Everything, staff were very helpful and friendly, room was perfect, the hotel was very clean.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
Entrance was modern with helpful staff on the front desk. Room was a good size, clean and well laid out. Restaurant had an ok amount of choices but tasted amazing. Service on our first night was exceptional. Our waitress "Jess" went above and beyond - making sure everything was done correctly and that we were enjoying our meal.
Breakfast was great with a good selection.
Again, the staff on reception were very helpful regarding parking fees etc.
Unfortunately, on the second evening we were sat in a different area of the restaurant and had a different waitress. Jess did spot us and came over to say hello.
The cafe staff were very attentive during the day.
At breakfast, the cooked food was sat under a unit blowing cold air, so some of the food could have been warmer.
The staff was friendly, helpful, food was great, the rooms were very nice, the beds was amazing, had a fantastic night's sleep, breakfast was lovely

Staff were superb. So welcoming and friendly. The welcome at breakfast every day was superb! I really liked how sustainable the hotel was too.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
