Having said that, I would certainly go back again and would recommend to friends and family
Pros:

The breakfast, did not disappoint, a wide selection of, A cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit, danish pastries, cold meats, and much more.
The coffee. At breakfast, I was looking forward to my morning cup, but it was SO bitter. I understand it’s personal taste, but maybe something more middle of the road.

Cons:

The £10 car parking (per 24 hours) charge, which is their own car park. I could understand if it was off site, but it isn’t.

No air conditioning in the room. And it was over 30c that day. I asked for a fan, which they brought up to the room promptly, but it didn’t really make much difference.

Pros:

Great location. Reason l sized room that was really clean. Comfy bed and great reception staff

Cons:

Although there was a tea/coffee station in the hallway when you are a complete tea fiend it’s so inconvenient to have to keep scurrying off down the hallway

stayed here a few times now, become my favourite and better than ones I stayed in before
Pros:

Really like this hotel. It's new and the staff are very friendly. Got a relaxed holiday vibe to it but is still very quiet. Not a large hotel which helps. Great condition and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

More parking outside the hotel...there is additional parking but it's a trek with cases etc

Great price great room great location
Pros:

Easy parking to the location. Easy to find and room very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was excellent and plenty of tea coffee etc! Great shower. Thomas checked me in late at night and he was efficient friendly and very helpful.

Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff as always.

Cons:

The room was very hot due to a lack of air conditioning. As the motorway is so close to the building it meant having the window open was very noisy.

The evening meal was bland and very greasy.

Really excellent good value hotel with helpful friendly staff and good facilities
Pros:

Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable bed, well equipped eg steamer for clothes, tv size and easy to use, parking, staff really friendly and helpful, easy access to city centre

Cons:

The communal refreshments are great except when you’ve settled at night and don’t want to go out of your room for a drink. Especially as robes aren’t provided. Understand rationale but just a bit restrictive.

Excellent all round experience.
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and helfpul. For a buffet breakfast, normally not so good, the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Only marked down on price and I do not like having to pay extra for a carpark. Would have liked shampoo in the shower.
