Pros:

The whole hotel is very stylish. The bed are huge and very comfy. Breakfast was great - really tasty and high quality. Really like the water and drinks station idea.

Nice, new, clean hotel. Comfy bed, nice room.

Cons:

The restaurant let it down. At dinner, although the bang bang cauliflower was really good, the chicken goujons were overcooked and dry, and for our main course the smash burgers were also overcooked and the 'candied bacon' was burnt. The waiter was really good though.

A definite recommendation for a stop off for cornwall or to visit surrounding areas
Pros:

Everything- perfect situation- just off m5 - ten mins from beautiful topsham and 15 from exeter .
Fabulous terrace overlooking lovely gardens and a great view .
Evening meal and breakfast excellent. The staff so pleasant and helpful .A fabulous fully eco hotel - perfect stop off on way to Cornwall

Cons:

Dog fee a little steep at £25 but everyone so welcoming to our dog .
