Pros:

Piękne lobby - robi wrażenie na wejściu. Lokalizacja - rewelacja.

Cons:

Pokoje zdecydowanie odbiegają od wystroju lobby. Słaba wentylacja co powoduje zapach stęchlizny w pokoju. Mało miejsca.

Localização perfeita. Elevador, quarto espaçoso, colchão e roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Tem orientação para turistas em relação a tours. Embora o café seja bem simples e servido em restaurante ao lado, é satisfatório.

Cons:

Wifi funcionando muito mal. Dificuldade de conexão todos os dias. Chuveiro com água quente, porém pouca água, lavar cabelo por exemplo não é um prazer.

Pros:

E' stato tutto perfetto , la posizione della struttura strategica e la suite LUNA (dove abbiamo dormito) bella, confortevole e molto pulita .
la colazione al ristorante convenzionato buonissima, anche gli altri pasti squisiti.
Il personale in reception disponibile e molto efficiente.

Bardzo dobry hotel w przystępnej cenie
Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel w samym centrum Playa del Carmen. Jeśli szukasz postawowych udogodnień i dobrej lokalizacji to polecamy. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Mimo że to hotel przy głównej ulicy po godz. 23 robi się już cicho.

Good choice if you really want to stay right on 5th avenue
Pros:

I liked the relative quiet, the 24 hour front desk, that the room had a safe, and there was water in the lobby. Easy walk to Playa Mamitas - best local beach

Cons:

I had an inside room with no natural light, in hindsight I should have spent a little more for better light. No coffee in the room. Safes are opened with a key instead of setting a code

Posizione favolosa, affaccia direttamente sulla strada principale di Playa, con negozi e ristoranti. Nonostante la posizione centrale, è un'oasi di tranquillità con un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante.
Personale sempre disponibile ad aiutare negli spostamenti e a consigliare ristoranti e attività.
La colazione inclusa, disponibile fino alle 11, è nel ristorante italiano a due passi, ottima frutta fresca, pane tostato e marmellata, ideale per iniziare la giornata!

Cons:

La camera che abbiamo scelto non aveva uno spazio per poter stendere i costumi ad asciugare.
