Situation centrale. L’ambiance vivante de la 5e avenue ne parvient pas jusqu’à la chambre!

Cons:

Chambre attribuée au rez à côté de la réception: réveils matinaux à cause d’une mauvaise insonorisation. Chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur le patio, joli par ailleurs, mais impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux au vu du passage; de plus aucune vue sur le ciel… pas d’eau chaude le premier jour, mais le personnel a vite réagi au lendemain pour y remédier.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, arrivi e non hai più necessità di prendere nessun mezzo.
Vicina a qualsiasi spiaggia , molo o locale.

Cons:

La camera era super umida con nessuna possibilità di poter far cambiare un po l’aria visto che la finestra dava esattamente sulla reception. Il bagno stessa cosa, con l’aggravante che la piccola finestra presente in alto non poteva essere chiusa e non filtrava nessun rumore. In 6 giorni di permanenza in una località di mare non sono MAI state sostituite le lenzuola… solo gli asciugamani

Great location, but extremely noisy and uncomfortable – not suitable for resting.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location – it’s very central and convenient.

Cons:

The room had a very bad smell. The water in the shower was cold and you have to wait around 5 minutes for it to get warm.
I stayed with my family for 2 nights. The first night I couldn’t fall asleep until 1 AM because you can hear everything from the reception – people walking and talking. The walls are not soundproof at all.
The second night was even worse – around 12:30 AM we were woken up by very loud mariachi music. It felt like they were playing inside our room. This continued until around 3 AM.
When we went to ask if this was normal, they said yes and told us it would stop in a few minutes, but it actually lasted for about an hour more.
For me, the most important thing when booking a hotel is to be able to rest and sleep, but here it was impossible. These were the worst two nights of my stay in Mexico.
They seem to care more about small rules like smoking, instead of ensuring guests can sleep and that rooms are properly soundproofed.
