No water pressure in shower
Staff was great overall experience was okay. Finding the hotel was hard missed the turn 3x because it was so sudden and on the main service road. Hotel wise I wouldn’t stay again. Was super hot even with the A/C on 60 , room was definitely not cleaned the best as well as the fridge and behind the sink in the kitchenette there was black stuff behind it , in certain areas. All in all experience was okay would not recommend.

We expected much more than we had. There were no hand towels, no Kleenex which I would expect from any hotel. There was only one bar of soap for sink and shower. There was no coffee in the morning.
The air conditioner was loud when it cut on.
The construction noise outside during the night was loud. Not much sleep.
The area is dark and insecure, staff are not very professional, there's no management because every time I call to ask, they just leave a phone number but don't call me back

Some strange individuals look like drug addicts in the halls, and people kept coming through the emergency exits. Our room also smelled like a crab boil the entire time we were there. The smell never went away.

Location! Price!!
Sparse. Bad mattress, old furniture (one chair), no luggage carts, and rude staff (some, not all) First desk clerk was helpful. We are in our 70's with knee and hip replacements. When we arrived, the elevator didn't work and they had us on the 4th floor. I said "no, we'll have to go elsewhere." The clerk was helpful and got us moved to first floor. Checking out a different clerk was extremely rude.
