Perfect overnight on the way to the Keys.
Pros:

It does what it says on the tin. Great location, lovely staff, spotless. A perfect place to rest your head before heading down to the Keys. Thank you especially Jaden.

Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix . Nous y sommes allés pour une étape entre les Erverglades et Key road. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel a l’accueil est très sympa.

Cons:

La personne du petit déjeuner est particulière. Nous sommes tombés sur un matin sans couteau et elle envoyait promener ceux qui osaient en demander et leur disait d’utiliser une coquillère à la place . C’était risible .
La propreté de la chambre ne pas regarder sous le lit … la piscine aurait besoin d’un entretien l’eau était trouble

Pros:

People were very accommodating, when called front desk for more towels or outlets not working, they had someone come within 5 minutes

Cons:

Walls are too thin, could hear every conversation outside our room, some kid was knocking on the walls for a whole hour at 1am in the morning.

Breakfast room to small for the number of people trying to find seating. Did not use any of the other facilities available.

Cons:

In error used the wrong booking site and was not given my points for the time I stayed. As a reward member for many years I was not happy. Was also not aware of the $200 deposit hold required at check-in, on top of paying upfront for the room through booking.com. So as a reward member I am not happy about not receiving my points 7 nights for 2 rooms. In addition, my family and I left a day early with no compensation (which was expected).
