This property asked for an advance in order to confirm booking. Although it was booked through booking.com and it was confirmed via the website but still they emailed me requesting an advance payment and when I did not pay they should have ended up canceling it on their own but they did not. Cannot trust this property at all.
Location is good, facilities like air conditioners are well maintained

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others.
1. Unacceptable Cleanliness:
Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a musty odor and found the floors and linens to be stained. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the towels were threadbare.
2. Poor Customer Service:
The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. When I requested assistance with a broken air conditioner, they were dismissive and took hours to address the issue.
3. Misleading Advertising:
The hotel advertised amenities that were either non-existent or inoperable. The promised Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and the "fitness center" was a small, outdated room with broken equipment.
4. Safety Concerns:
I noticed that the exterior doors did not lock properly, and there was no visible security presence. This made me feel unsafe during my stay.
5. Overpriced for the Quality:
Considering the condition of the hotel and the lack of services, the rates were exorbitant. I expected much more for the price I paid.
In conclusion, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, service, and safety. I would advise potential guests to avoid this establishment at all costs.
Fine Location and Property
The food service was extremely disappointing for a 3-star resort. Items listed on the menu were mostly unavailable, and what was served often didn’t match what was ordered. Only a few items were actually available despite a full menu being provided.
Kindly ask them the picture of the room before travelling...The one they showed on booking.com. and the actual room was totally different...And they repeatedly messaged us to pay 2 days before the check-in and told us that your room will be given to someone else if you don't pay.On booking.com it was written pay at the hotel..

The location was difficult to reach given that the road ( in 500m range ) was so so rough, the turns were very sharp, if you are an experienced driver only then come here. Although the staff helped us reach towards and away from the property through the tough road 3 times when we needed. The view is very beautiful and aesthetics are awesome.
I’ve stayed there, and we have clearly informed them to show my presence on the web portal as well, then also they haven’t updated and they are like gambling with their guests and the third party apps as well
