There was no real aircon, only a mobile unit which blew hot air out the back, So useless without the rear tube fitting to blow the hot air out the window. It got to 35 degrees outside so very hot in the rooms.
The pool had stagnant water in the bottom, full of mosquito larvae. The mossies came into our rooms. The back door was always kept open without screens so the flies came in as well.
I mentioned the above items and the owner said she would act on them, but no change while was there for 2 weeks.
Three guest rooms were all together off a narrow corridor in rooms with thin walls so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep.
The caretaker did not speak English so difficult to discuss anything although she knew how to give us keys and show us the washing machine, a bit. There was no laundry dryer and only a small space on the shared clothesline.
Internet was slow but worked. TV free to air was very poor because the digital antenna was in the window, when it needed to be up on the roof guttering for good reception.

This accommodation is not of a standard that belongs on booking.com. Clearly no one inspected it before accepting it as a listing ob this site. It is a hoarders house. The hoarding is mostly in the owners private quarters, and the outside areas of her quarters, but has spilled over into the lounge area of this boarding house. Yes, it's a boarding house - nowhere in the description was that mentioned. Clearly, from the shower hours, no one here has a job that involves working regular hours
