Shangri-la Residences The Fort will again be the place to stay when we return back to Manila
Pros:

Very helpful & accommodating Residences front desk staff - Pam, Sharie, Marian, Ericson and room attendant Rica.

Cons:

Short-staying guests (ie. 11 days in Residences) did not get same treatment as hotel guests eg. No fruit basket or no welcoming drinks on arrival. No hotel stationeries so these still had to be requested.

Stunning ShangriLa
Pros:

We booked the executive suite with lounge access for an overnight stay. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, huge and had amazing views of BGC. The check in was done at the lounge which was extra nice. They offered us refreshments while waiting for our room to be ready. They have provided us with the information reagrding the lounge access - cocktail hour and breakfast. They gave us a lot of complimentary stuff such as bottled water, fruits, red wine and a chocolate tower. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We requested for a late check out and the staff granted us a 2pm check out since we are flying out at night. We stayed at the lounge for a couple of hours, drank and ate some snacks. It was a very relaxing wait for us. The staff were attentive and courteous to all our requests. We ordered room service for my parents and they loved the food and drinks. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, staff and all its amenities. Simply wonderful!!!

Cons:

The only complain we have is that our parents' room was not in the same floor. We had to go down to see them and they had to come up to see us. It would have been better if we were in the same floor.

An excellent stay
Pros:

Stayed for 8 nights in the 2 br/2ba Residence. Staff were excellent and the property is fantastic - very safe, very clean, and the facilities are wonderful. The apartment was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, they had adequate plugs (important these days with all the tech), and good closet/storage space. The shower was wonderful - I could stand there for hours if I let myself. The gym is one of the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t use the pool but was able to rent a tennis court. Had room service for breakfast on several occasions and they had a very good variety of dishes. Also tried a couple of their restaurants and particularly liked Raging Bull (Burgers). The location is great - right along BGC High Street, near various shops and restaurants. We also made use of their transfer service upon arrival and were provided complementary parking for our van during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Breakfast was not really good. Though I understand ut was New Year's day and there's so much people. Breakfast was placed in the grand ballroom, tho inassuked plenty of food and varieties but because the place was huge, it's tiring to go around and check in the Breakfast. It was I wouldcsay chaotic time and I expected as 5 star hotel, it will be more classy but it turns out that morning like I was having breakfast in the market
