rezalet bi yer, uzak durun.
Pros:

personellerin müşteriye yaklasım tarzından dolayı hiçbir şeyi sevmedik

Cons:

müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır bi yer. bookingten yaptıgınız rezervasyona bile bakmadan kafalarına göre işlem yapıyorlar. yapılan değişikliklerin teyit alınmadan yapıldıgını ve değiştirildigini söylediğinizde de ee böyle bi işlem yapılmasın diye baştan söyleseydiniz diyorlar :) rezervasyona uymayan onlar, bi de hatalarını düzeltip yardımcı olmak yerine pişkin pişkin önden söyleseydiniz belirtseydiniz, artık tekrar eski haline döndüremeyiz filan diyorlar. rezalet bi yer. uzak durun.

Extremely uninterested receptionist
Cons:

Arrived late (9.50 p.m) because of a delayed flight and asked the receptionist where I could find some snacks or bread or get a pizza delivered. The answer was a short and uninterested NO to all my questions.
