Absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Excellent staff - they made the stay. They couldn’t do enough for us, incredibly friendly and accommodating in every respect. They organised activities as well as help when one of us had an injury.

We stayed in the executive suite which was lovely. The pool was great and the gardens were very pretty and nice to sit in.

The managers, particularly Manoj, as well as those on reception and the bar were all fantastic and made us feel really well looked after.

Definitely recommend!

Cons:

If being picky the shower gel and shampoo was noticeably watery and should be improved but this didn’t impact our overall experience

Great staff and a nice stay
Pros:

This hotel in Lakeside offers a quiet escape while being just steps away from Fewa Lake and the main attractions and shops. The public areas are cozy and stylish, and our rooms has a stunning view of the breathtaking Fishtail Peak. The complimentary one-way transfer was a big help for us. The staffs are very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond. The lady used her own earring to help us with a SIM card, and after checked-out, they kindly offered us a workspace and water while we wrapped up some tasks. We sincerely appreciated that.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bit simple, and maybe since it’s vegetarian, the taste was just okay to us. The bathroom inside the room is a little bit small, and the toiletries felt pretty basic. However, considering the hotel is a mid-range option rather than a high-end stay, we really can’t complain too much. It offered solid value for what we paid.

Excellent hotel and ideal for Lakeside and launchpad for treks.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful to us in planning trips and organising luggage storage while we trekked. The hotel was very comfortable and clean with an excellent breakfast buffet and is in an excellent location for access to Lakeside shops, restaurants and the lake itself.

An excellent hotel in a great location for Lakeside, Pokhara.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful as we made arrangements for trips, taxis and storing luggage etc. The room was very comfortable with excellent bed and bathroom. The breakfast buffet offering was very good.

Pros:

Идеальное расположение, очень внимательный и исполнительный персонал, удобно что есть бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт.

Cons:

A bit of luxury after our poon hill hike
Pros:

Feels like luxury. Amazing after a multi day hike, rooms and bed are comfy and amazing mountain views from breakfast balconies.
They also let us store our bags there for the duration of our hike

Heerlijk hotel, zou er in Pokhara weer voor kiezen.
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel in Pokhara. Perfect na een trek. Rustig gelegen in levendig Lakeside. Ontbijt erg goed, spa is fijn en het personeel is heel attent. Manoj, Gra, maar eigenlijk iedereen maakt het je naar je zin.
