I would definitely stay here again next time and would recommend to everyone who come to Pokhara.
Pros:

The hotel rooms are very clean and instantly gives me a sense of comfort when I walked in. The patio was amazing. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Amisha Darshan and Bipin. When it was raining really hard and I couldn't walk on the street because of the flood, the staff helped find me someone to take me to the Main Street on motorbike. They really went out of the way to help you out. Loving the Nepali hospitality.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

A special thanks to Renu for her excellent service and warm hospitality. 😊 She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall hotel service was excellent, but Renu deserves a special mention for going the extra mile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The breakfast was okay—not bad, but could have had a little more variety.

Fancy stay in Pokhara
Pros:

Super fancy place in the heart of Pokhara and at excellent price value

We appreciated the airport free pickup, the concierge arrangements for the sunrise view, the super large and new room and the beautiful swimming pool

Pros:

The hotel was excellent! We had a great relaxing time. They served delicious breakfast, too. We enjoyed foot massage as well. The members of the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you for sharing us your heart-warming welcome.

Es war alles perfekt, ein großes Lob an Herrn Ishwor der beste Fahrer von Nepal. Wir buchten eine Stadtrundfahrt, Sonnenaufgang reise nach Chitwan und retour nach Kathmandu.

Exceptional service and staff
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel: the facilities, location, and cleanliness were top notch. But we especially loved the kindess of the staff who went out of their way to help us find what we need outside of their premises. We highly recommend a stay here.

Es war einfach nur grandios! Der optische Eindruck hielt mit der Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Eleganz und Wohnlichkeit unseres Zimmers Schritt!
Herausragend war vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!!

Cons:

Einziges kleines Manko an der Ausstattung des Zimmers waren die fehlenden Ablagen in den Kommoden und dem Schrank, und es standen nur drei Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung. Aber das ist ja auf hohem Niveau, denn ausreichend Ablagen, Schränke und Kommoden, sowie Hängevorrichtungen für die Kleidung sind in Nepal anscheinend ein unbeschriebenes Blatt…

A pack of lies from Booking.com
Pros:

Regular three star hotel.

So how can I answer your ratings above? For a three star it's all good, for a five star it's all bad.

Cons:

Booking.com gives me a total pack of lies saying this is a five star hotel, including reviews that it's five star. THIS IS A TWO TO THREE STAR HOTEL and I was defrauded and made uncomfortable by bringing my partner here. So it was cheap for a five star and it's my fault for not researching further but the walk-in bargaining price was HALF the stupid inflated 'five star' price. Even the reception staff were laughing at me. ALL LIES.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

We got our room at a great price as they had a discount for late gateways so for us value for money was great. We also got upgraded for a bigger room and received a complimentary foot massage. The facilities are well maintained. The breakfast terrace and buffet were lovely, staff is super friendly and helpful, cleanliness was 100/100. Also, great location :)

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.
