Excellent hotel and ideal for Lakeside and launchpad for treks.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful to us in planning trips and organising luggage storage while we trekked. The hotel was very comfortable and clean with an excellent breakfast buffet and is in an excellent location for access to Lakeside shops, restaurants and the lake itself.

An excellent hotel in a great location for Lakeside, Pokhara.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful as we made arrangements for trips, taxis and storing luggage etc. The room was very comfortable with excellent bed and bathroom. The breakfast buffet offering was very good.

A bit of luxury after our poon hill hike
Pros:

Feels like luxury. Amazing after a multi day hike, rooms and bed are comfy and amazing mountain views from breakfast balconies.
They also let us store our bags there for the duration of our hike

Heerlijk hotel, zou er in Pokhara weer voor kiezen.
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel in Pokhara. Perfect na een trek. Rustig gelegen in levendig Lakeside. Ontbijt erg goed, spa is fijn en het personeel is heel attent. Manoj, Gra, maar eigenlijk iedereen maakt het je naar je zin.

3.특히 후론트 데스크 직원인 probin gurung은 저녁 11시경에 갑작스런 통증 발생에 도움을 청하였더니 늦은 시간에
문제 해결을 위하여 사방으로 연락하여
커다란 도움을 줌.
4.아침 부페 음식은 다양한 종류가 준비되어 있으며 매니져인 manoj는 음식상태 확인 및 불편함 없는지 수시로 확인해 줌.
5. 데스크의 pooja씨 및 다른 직원들의 친절함에 고마움 전하고 싶습니다.

The hotel is situated near the lake and shops. The staff took very well care of us. We are especially greatful towards Mr Manoj who was so helpful and kind to us.

Excellent hospitality with beautiful Himalayan views
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite, which offered a stunning Himalayan view right from the room. The courtesy airport pick-up and drop were very well coordinated and made our travel smooth and stress-free.

The hospitality throughout the stay was excellent, with warm, attentive staff always willing to help. The food was also very good, both in quality and taste.

Special thanks to Ms. Renu Gurung for her exceptional support and courteous handling of all arrangements. She truly made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Pros:

We six nights here and we liked everything about the hotel. The room is really modern and nice. The swimming pool is stylish although it’s cold in winter we didn’t use it, but the steam was really a nice complimentary.
Btw the hotel manager Bipin, he is amazing! Every morning I see him in the breakfast hall, he always greets with his smiling face.
So it was very comfortable and home like place for us.
