Absolutely beautiful, clean, awesome pool, great food/massages Staff were the BEST
Pros:

Loved the location for being close to Ankor Wat, yet a short walk away were street markets, friendly locals and great shopping. The kindness, helpfulness, and joyous nature of everyone working there stood out the most. Gorgeous Resort, best memories and made the trip standout!

One of my favourite places I have ever stayed. Everything exceeded expectations 11/10!
Pros:

This place had such unique charm it felt like I was in a fairytale dreamland. The pool was a massive highlight and everything felt peaceful and relaxing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and were so kind. The breakfast and room service was 10/10. Definitely going to come back and recommended this place to others :)

Excellent Hotel on
Pros:

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure a peaceful and luxurious experience.

What truly made the stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. Soriya and Chantou went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness really stood out and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

In fact, all the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their consistent level of care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home.

We would highly recommend Memoire Palace Resort to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Overall great stay, airport transfers overpriced
Pros:

Reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered takeaway breakfast boxes for the days when we left early for sightseeing, and even offered to open breakfast half an hour early for us. Rooms were in good condition and as expected. Generous provision of complimentary filtered water in the room.

Cons:

At breakfast, while there was decaf coffee available, most of the staff did not understand 'decaf' so we had to ask around a bit to get that.
Airport transfers offered by hotel were $55 each way compared to a booking.com taxi which charges $25 each way.

Avoid this place not to get scammed by the staff. It is more 3 stars hostel not a proper hotel.

There isn't literally anything to be liked. Avoid this place.

Cons:

This hotel was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly advise avoiding it.

We were overcharged and manipulated into paying additional fees that were explicitly promised to be refunded. Instead of being returned, the money was simply kept. This felt dishonest and unacceptable.

The facilities are dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are located in two unfinished buildings, meaning you are literally staying in a half-constructed property. This is not disclosed in advance and creates an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere.

The rooms and furniture are old, stained, and unhygienic. There are visible marks and dirt everywhere, and when we requested cleaning, it was either ignored or done very poorly. Housekeeping standards are far below what is acceptable.

The breakfast is mediocre at best, with limited options and low quality.

The location is also problematic—far from the city and situated in the middle of a local bazaar. This results in constant noise, unpleasant smells, and no sense of rest or privacy.

The pool is deteriorating and unsafe. Several guests reportedly suffered cuts and physical injuries, which is extremely concerning and indicates serious neglect.

Overall, this place does not meet basic hospitality, safety, or honesty standards. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

An amazing hotel with extremely friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel and facilities. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Larfe rooms and super comfy beds with crisp fresh linen. Amazing pool. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will most certainly come back. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Cons:

Very Minor suggestions- dustbins could be slightly bigger, phone could be near the bed side.

Hospitality at its best!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay here from the moment we arrived until check out. Very welcoming stuff, got checked in by Ms Soriya, spotlessly clean room with access to the huge pool. We are Siem Reap residents and spent our anniversary day here, which I might have mentioned in my reservation somehow while requested a late check out, which was granted 🙏. To our surprise, the housekeeping staff decorated our room with great efforts, even a hand painted "Happy Anniversary" greeting on the bed, the bathtub filled with warm water and rose petals. What a beautiful surprise. Thank you to everyone involved in this effort. The room is fantastic, the outside area with pool view is perfect to relax with mosquito repellent spray, ceiling fan and a comfortable laying area. Landscape, the 2 swimming pools, the garden and spa are perfect for a staycation even when living already in this beautiful city. Breakfast was buffet style, included in our room rate and nothing was missing. Excellent service also here, with a wide selection of choices Western and Asian. Overall a well maintained resort, with amazingly well trained staff, which understands and loves hospitality. As a former hotel GM myself in Germany, Philippines and Cambodia, I would be very proud, working with this team. In summary, this is a true value for money accommodation with high end service!
