The best hotel in Instanbul!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I checked in the staff Umit and Ozan was very kind and attentive to me. I went to the spa and met the lovely Rabid and she was amazing, showed me everything with a smile. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choices from hot to cold and Musa was the master of that class 😊 thank you. The hotel is close to Taksim square which was the best location for me.
The rooms were spotless clean and the beds were very comfy. I had travelled here for my birthday and let me just say i will never forget this one 💕 I got a surprise birthday cake and a song , 🥹😭 I cried because of how happy I was and overwhelmed by the love they showed me. I'm in tears writing this! Mr Yalgin, Dvoyd and Umut thank you for your kindness, always ready to help with all my questions lol 😀. I think I found my new family and best believe I will be back soon 😊

Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit.gute Lage zwischen Kongresszentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Trotz stadtnähe ruhige Zimmer.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and a great experience for our family.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Dudu, who was wonderful with my 4-year-old child. She played with him and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met our expectations.

Pros:

L’hôtel est à proximité de la place taxim là où tout les commerces, restaurants se trouve. Le personnel est super génial et gentil. Les chambre sont bien équipés

Cons:

La piscine de l’hôtel n’est pas chauffé et donc assez froide.

Pros:

I stayed for 1 night and i wish i had more time to stay at this amazing hotel. The staff are really great. In our check in day the offer me free upgrade for my room and the room was AMAZING. The bellboy was really nice and helpful. The room is big and clean, and you will everything you need. The location is perfect it was 5 minutes away from taksim square. You can easily find it. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend it. And for sure i will come again 😍❤️

Pros:

Ήταν ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, δεν τρελάθηκα τόσο με την τοποθεσία αν κ πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία taxim.

Cons:
