Pros:

Гостиницу трудно отнести к выдающимся. Но персонал покрыл все недостатки формы своим профессиональным и просто человеческим отношением. Дочь забыла в такси паспорт перед самым вылетом. Обратился в гостиницу - решение проблемы у них заняло 30 минут.
Внимательное отношение к вопросам и запросам гостей. Неплохой завтрак. Замечательный трансфер из/в аэропорт. Близкая расположенность к площади Таксим (4 мин пешком).

Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Ich war zum ersten Mal in Istanbul und habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden – eine sehr gute Wahl!

Das Hotel ist kompakt, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Alles war ausgesprochen sauber, die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte.

Das Frühstück war einfach ideal und mehr als ausreichend. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen: Kaffee und Tee, verschiedene Aufstriche, frische Salate, warme Gerichte, Gebäck und auch süße Leckereien wie Kekse. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, und alles war frisch und lecker.

Auch der Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben ihn fast jeden Tag genutzt. Er ist bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet und bietet eine klassische Sauna, eine Dampfsauna, ein Hamam sowie einen Pool. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr entspannend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich in der Nähe des bekannten Taksim Square und der beliebten Istiklal Avenue, wo auch die historische rote Straßenbahn fährt. Man verlässt das Hotel und ist direkt im Zentrum des Geschehens. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants.

Auch Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Galata Tower sind gut erreichbar, ebenso das Meer. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut – die Metro ist in der Nähe, und Taxis sind jederzeit verfügbar.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ich reise viel, aber eine so angenehme und freundliche Atmosphäre erlebt man nicht überall.

Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.
