In the event of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for the change in plans. The hotel reserves the right to remove any luggage left in the room or common areas on the day of departure. To ensure smooth check-out, we kindly ask that all personal belongings be collected before your designated departure time. Any items remaining after check-out may be subject to removal and storage at the guest's expense.

Flammable substances such as candles, bakhoor, cigarets and s shisha are strictly prohibited in the rooms. If you break this rule, you will be subject to an OMR 100 fee to the cleaning and air purifying required. If you would like to smoke, please do so in the designated areas outdoors.

In respect and observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, in line with the cultural and religious values of our country, please be advised that the swimming pool facilities will be temporarily closed from 19 February to 18 March 2026.

If you need a layover this is fine, eat in the mall next door though.

Nice place next to shopping mall, helpful people

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, little fresh items. The scrambled egg had been sitting there for at least an hour. It is not very expensive but this needs improvement. It can’t be hard to improve on this!

It's our 5th time staying here, always a pleasurable stay. It's like our home when in Oman!

Cons:

This time the Wi-Fi had connectivity issues, never faced before. We didn't report it to hotel staff, considering it a chance to disconnect!

Cons:

Cucina poco fornita, ho dovuto chiedere in reception delle stoviglie. Gestione poco trasparente, dato che durante il periodo del Ramadan la piscina aveva degli spazi interdetti e pochissimi lettini per un albergo pieno. È comprensibile che durante tale periodo di festività religiosa si cerchi di contenere le manifestazioni esterne durante le ore diurne, ma tale politica va resa pubblica al momento della prenotazione, non a conti fatti e cancellazione gratuita terminata. Se si vuole chiudere tutto, si abbia anche il coraggio di chiudere l'albergo per coerenza.
