In the event of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for the change in plans. The hotel reserves the right to remove any luggage left in the room or common areas on the day of departure. To ensure smooth check-out, we kindly ask that all personal belongings be collected before your designated departure time. Any items remaining after check-out may be subject to removal and storage at the guest's expense.

Flammable substances such as candles, bakhoor, cigarets and s shisha are strictly prohibited in the rooms. If you break this rule, you will be subject to an OMR 100 fee to the cleaning and air purifying required. If you would like to smoke, please do so in the designated areas outdoors.

In respect and observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, in line with the cultural and religious values of our country, please be advised that the swimming pool facilities will be temporarily closed from 19 February to 18 March 2026.

- Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer.
Pros:

- Die Lage war zentral, man braucht aber ein Auto.
- Die Zimmer sind schön eingrichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Een fantastisch verblijf met geweldige service en supervriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Alles was echt geweldig! Het hotel was prachtig en schoon, maar vooral de medewerkers maakten ons verblijf bijzonder. Iedereen was ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Ze hebben onze tijd daar echt fantastisch gemaakt. Een extra bedankje aan het valet parking team, met als supervisor Hassan voor zijn uitstekende service. En ook een speciale dank aan lieve Lola voor haar vriendelijkheid en warme hulp!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets – alles was perfect geregeld en we hebben nergens iets op aan te merken.

Comfortable stay, highly attentive staff, amazing stay overall
Pros:

Highly, highly recommend this wonderful facility and its attentive staff. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, pleasant, comfortable and quiet. The food is delicious, compliments to the chef! In particular, I would like to thank Donna and Ali for their very friendly and attentive service. The hotel is also not very far from the Seeb and its marina, so also nice of you want to go swimming or see the Daymaniyat islands. The hotel is also right next door to a huge mall, if you wish to do shopping. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while!

La chambre et le décor top et à côté d’un grand mall ce qui peut être pratique

Période de ramadan … pas d’essuie pour piscine et qd on en récupère ils sont tachés …. Personnels un peu inexistants
