Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, staff was so rude, food was 5 star hotel expensive, there were stains on bed sheets, TV was not working, no ventilation, no ac remote was there and what not.

Loved the area around the hotel. The hotel is well equipped with the latest facilities and is very well maintained Room was spacious and clean as well as bathrooms with necesarry essentials. I would definatley recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Firstly the deny to accept the online booking which I made on site. Online rate was showing 760 for a night but they were asking me for 2000 . It was 1am and me and my family was very disappointed but we didn’t have any choice. Very rude behaviour from hotel staff as they say if you want to stay here then you have to pay 2000 otherwise just leave the hotel right now and it was 1am. Overall worst experience. Stay away from these type of hotels

Pros:

Location as per my requirement. Staff ate good
