The stay was good and regardless of the drawbacks I would use this apartment again.
Pros:

Very good location as it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, laundry mat. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary things.

Cons:

The apartment is with out a refrigerator which was a little drawback as we wanted to keep things due to the duration of our trip. The bed in the second room new better mattress.

It was okay considering the nice room, location and cost; tho annoying loud music from outside..

the corridor smells stale, and stinks of cockroach, there was even a small one in the room.

There was annoying loud music from a building and another from a restaurant nearby,

The receptionist was not informed about our booking, another name was listed.

Just a little maintenance and it's perfect for comfort.
Pros:

convenient to city life and accessible to all needs and also good accommodation ambiance

Cons:

sinks are a little clogged, small cockroaches everywhere, couches has stains, some lamps are faulty

- location
- internet speed (when near in bed room its not always connect)
- compfy beds
- two pools (indoor & outdoor)

Cons:

- guest card in room so you need another one activate elevator
- loud music heard even after midnights because of clubs & thin glas
- small little bugs (6-10 from sink & aircon)
- wanted to make guest put away their trash downstairs, where all was a 15€/16$ fee for falsing do that (even using wrong elevator for that)

Decent size 2 bed apartment, good price for the location.
Pros:

Location was good, decent size for the price, decent AC in each room. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The bathrooms (there are 2) could do with a spruce up but very good value for this location in Manila.
