Walking distance to MidValley Southkey. Have access to Netflix and YouTube premium. Fast responsive from the property team.
No padlock for the grill.
Location was great. The room was neat and clean. I had booked the room at noon time of my stay (impromptu) and specifically requested for the apartment to be cleaned well for my stay due to personal reasons. The service team were assuring of my requests and true enough, we were very satisfied with its cleanliness.
The swimming pool was great too. infinity pool, tipping bucket. They were also very accommodative of my request for extension of check out time.
Great service team behind this home stay management. I will be back again.
Would be advisable to bring own towels to avoid surprises. That was the only letdown of the stay. Everything else was good.

The team was quite helpful and responsive to my queries. Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean, TV was good. For a 1 night stay, was sufficient!
- A bit of a hassle to get into the property (only one entrance by car, tight security).
- The living room window could not close properly so there was a lingering smell of haze.
- Car park was also quite inconvenient -- had to drive up many floors to access the parking spot.

Good location. Quiet environment.
The carpark is at L5 and had to park at dedicated lot when the carpark is so empty. . Only 1 carpark lot is free. 2nd car need to pay RM10. The toilet floor was very slippery when wet which was very dangerous for children and elderly when showering.
Near mid valley
Parking so high up at level 6 is great hassle and time consuming, as there are many empty parking at Lower floors.

Love that the homestay was near to the MidValley Mall & the instructions to check in to collect the access card was smooth & easy to understand
We don't really like about the security guard there. When we arrived, we were right infront of him and we called him in a manner way like "Excuse Me". At least if he is busy let us know so we don't mind waiting. But instead he just ignore us until we hv to keep saying "Excuse Me" & he gave us non-expression face.

The car park on level 5A was too high. The shower head needs to be better.
Booked the apartment meant for 6 - 9 pax but got one studio apartment which could accommodate at best 5 pax.
