Pros:

The.location was excellent. The nearby square has loads of restaurants and gelato places. The bus stop outside the front door is useful but be sure to buy your bus tickets at the kiosk in the square, as only some drivers sell them onboard.
The apartment facilities were complete, comfortable, and mostly matched the description. The owner kindly supplied two types of juice and dried toast for breakfast, as well as a few coffee capsules for the coffee machine

Cons:

I inferred from the text that the unit had a view of the sea. It does not really, just a tiny sliver visible from the furthest corner of the balcony.
The beach access is tiny and through a tunnel to a pile of rocks with a ladder into the sea. There is a street sign directly above saying 'no swimming.' Nevertheless, the small area available is completely taken up by the complex residents. Fortunately there are lovely beaches with lots of room a ten minute stroll away.
The toaster blew the electric fuse so was not usable.
Only one roll of toilet paper was provided. When I suggested this was not enough, he said you should buy more, but not much good if you are caught short. So for the first time in my life I used a bidet!

Very good
Pros:

Location was amazing.the room itself was cleaning tidy with lots of useful kitchen items.
Liked that the property had a full time front desk.

Cons:

We had chosen this property over others due to location and that it had a pool.
Unfortunately the pool was closed the whole time we were there.
The sea was amazing and clear, so maybe it was a good thing that it forced us to the beach more often.

Lovely destination street rubbish is a bit of a problem
Pros:

Clean beautiful pool very quiet and relaxing

Cons:

The pool closes from 1-4 which was very disappointing. There is a charge for the beach and the tunnel from the accommodation to the beach brings you to a small rocky area. Our accommodation was a good bit away from a fee charging beach.
