Great hospitality made me feel at home
Pros:

Excellent customer service by the entire team. Their hospitality was unbeatable.

Am go very regularly for Mataji Darshan.. will never select this hotel for me or my friends & all known people..
Cons:

I liked nothing about the property.. it’s too far from the main junction of Katra..
Hopeless staff..
Very bad welcome & hotel entry..
As soon as checked in my room i had to complain 3/4 different problems in my check-in room.. it was very disappointing in Branded 5 star hotel.
No cooling when i entered my room.
Washbasin was choked up..
I had to lift my own bad while check-in & while checkout inspired of the hotel staff standing & watching me.. no one came forward to ask in courtesy.this happen first time in my life.. have seen this even in a 2/3 star hotel

Cooperative staff Deepak front desk was good so was all the front desk staff
Check in was smooth & good.

Cons:

Marriot as a whole in katra is over rated , you are located far & want to charge customers a unreasonable charge to go to the market. Guest who come to ur hotel r not aware ur nearly 5 km down the town . Breakfast is poor , you really need to have a good breakfast presentation as mostly everything tasted flat except coffee.
As a member I don't think I will stay again considering this was my 2 nd stay.

Everything. Great ambience food drinks, entrance green area. Courteous staff. Extremely exceptional. Would love to come back

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about. But one thing I would like to mention keep the extra bedding provided by you a little comfortable. It is very hard. Otherwise everything was ten on ten

Bad experience rude staff , no maintenance of property
Pros:

Except parathas nothing was good

Cons:

Staff behaviour rude, whole property was given to marriage and guests were treated as 2 nd class,strictly no alcohol policy for guests even they kept alcohol in their custody at the time of check in but for marriage party every thing allowed unofficially, it was my bad luck to choose this property, no value for money spent and I spoiled my holidays
