I can' take the breakfast in the hotel
This hotel was conveniently located near the airport and provided a good night while waiting for a flight. The bed was comfortable for me but not overly soft. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good. I opted for eggs and toast. A ride was arranged for me to the airport.
Unfortunately, there were very few eating choices around the hotel. Having breakfast provided was a very welcome necessity. For my night, there was a lot of noise early in the evening but was quiet during the night.
Excellent place to unwind after a long journey, the staff will try to pamper to your every need.
It's very conveniently located with a 10 minute drive from the airport. We had the family room which was spacious and a big bathroom with hot water for the shower. The manager was very helpful and kind. He booked a taxi for 100 dg to take us to the airport in the morning. Overall, a good stay!
We did a quick Overnight stay between flights.
Basic, clean rooms, sadly no streaming tv services and no restaurants for food close by. Small mini mart up the road. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The bed mattress was rock hard and all the hallways echo so loudly. Woken by guests checking in at 1am, it is quiet noisy
Comfortable beds and rooms. We had a good sleep before our early flight.
The area outside smelled very strongly of smoke and smog, so we mostly stayed in the hotel. We were offered an early breakfast before our airport transfer but unfortunately the staff didn’t wake up in time, but the manager was very kind and apologetic.
The hotel is very close to the airport so it's ideal for a stopover before travelling onwards (as we needed to). Our room was large, with two double beds. It was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast is included, which was eggs and bread with fruit and coffee. Overall it is very good value for the price we paid.
The decor is a little tired but overall it doesn't impact on your stay. There is a Winmart a ten min walk away which is helpful for water and other snacks but there aren't many restaurants in the area so be prepared if you need dinner.
The rooms were very spacious. The air condition was good very clean very well furnished.
Had a very difficult time finding the property as the address listed on Booking.com it’s not the same as the address listed on their business card. Very frustrating.
It was easy to get to and from the airport. Staff were friendly.
It could have been cleaner. It didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed as there were bottle caps under the beds, old toothpaste containers and razor covers behind the bathroom sink and the bath nozzle were not very clean. The aircon also took a very long time to cool the room down.
The staff/owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out Hanoi.

I was very surprised by the comfort of the rooms. As well as being large, they had everything we needed. Check-in, even though we arrived late, was quick and easy. Everything was excellent.

The hotel is located very close to the airport so if you have an early flight or late arrival it is perfect. The owner of the hotel picked us up from the hotel quickly and returned us to the airport the next day.
