Good
Lovely staff could not do more. Check parties before arrival- I could not sleep past midnight one evening due to party. Room does not include breakfast which seems a little mean as it can be bought for 3-4 dollars at restaurant.

Food could be better
The resort is generally run down. Few things including door lock not working. No spa at all, despite the name. I ended up checking out after 2 days even though I booked for 4 days.
The resort is a good facility and well located on the beach front. The staffs are welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and food quality was really good. Its a good location for spending quality time in a peaceful environment. Highly recommended.
Our mattress was extremely uncomfortable with springs poking into our back. We asked for more towels due to insects creeping throught the gap from our front and patio doors- no one returned with them after front desk told us someone was on the way.
Then we experienced plumbing issues after any usage of our tap from the bathroom sink led to leaking and ultimately flooding of water from the toilet. We also called the front desk and were told someone would come- no one arrived. Lastly our shower barely drained with a huge amount of water collecting with all of the dirt excreted from our bodies. It was disgusting.
This hotel has soo much potential with such a beautiful location!!! My humble suggestion after staying in 3 other hotels during this one vacation is:
1. close or change the use of the first pool where only crows were observed using it
2. rethink your menu for buffets as less food but better quality would be spectacular
3. rethink your room service responsiveness
4. redo your rooms and update them to actually match images online and look more updated in general
5. rethink your shower design as a lot of water spills out without a deeper lip, shower curtain, or door.
Alle sehr bemüht, leider war der Spar um ein Pool zu. Und es hat wohl mit der Buchung wegen dem Frühstück Probleme gegeben. Alles in allem würde ich es weiterempfehlen
