Spacious flat and easy access..Great parking area

We originally booked the whole apartment for 2 guests and 2 bedrooms specified on the website only to realise that the host were giving us 1 room only. After numerous messages thought the day as we check-in very late around 7pm, the hos told us we will have to pay extra £30 to have the second room cleaned
The second room wasn't cleaned...had limp of hair in the corners and dust on the floor .
Very bad management and what was supposed to be a relaxing day to Birmingham it turned into a very stressful day sending messages to the host etc.
Not happy with how it was handled . The website should clearly say 1 bedroom for 2 guests or 2 bedrooms for 4 guests.

Era muy amplio y sobre todo muy privado, recomendable 100% si vas en pareja o en familia.

It was convenient, private and peaceful with secure parking.
Pros:

The location is good, parking was easy and onsite. Its a quiet neighbourhood. The instructions provided before arrival were brilliant.

Cons:

It was the hottest day of the year and there was only one fan in the entire apartment. Luckily we took one of our own fans. The kitchen lights were very very dim. Most importantly there is no ventilation in the bathroom. Therefore it gets very smelly and sticky. A shower curtain would also be very helpful.
The beds make a loud creaky sound if one changes sides when sleeping.

A Really Nice Stay!
Pros:

Really beautiful and neat apartment. Bedroom was lovely, sunrise from balcony in morning was pretty. The kitchen had good amenities and was easy to use. Wide variety of TV channels and platforms available. Living room area was the best - the sofas were so comfy! There are some good convenience stores nearby too, as well as two lovely pubs a short walk away. Quick responses from owner over text really helped too. Honestly, a really, really lovely stay - would definitely book again!

Cons:

One of the drinking glasses had cigarette ash in it as though someone had used it as an ash tray - didn't make a fuss as wasn't too much of a bother as we just washed it, but think it's good for the cleaner to have a heads up for in future that clearly some previous smoking guests thought this would be a good idea. The shower was also a little wild. I would recommend having a toaster in the kitchen too.

Pros:

Location, 15 minutes walk to city centre. Spacious. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons:

Smell of cannabis. Floors & bathroom not cleaned. Sweet wrappers, used tissue & discarded boxer shorts found. Shower head broken, water spilling out like it was a tap.
