Toalhas de banho limpas e cheirosas.

Café da manhã contendo, apenas, pão com presunto e queijo, café, leite e pão doce;
Cadeiras da sala avariadas;
Bucha da pia da cozinha já usada por hóspedes anteriores;
Não ter televisão;

Pros:

Da educação dos funcionários, em especial, a do João Pedro e Fabiana, bem como, da localização, pois o Flat fica perto da Anatel, local pretendido por mim e equipe.

Cons:

O fato de ter pago o quarto com ar-condicionado e não ter ficado em tal, bem como, o café da manhã se restringir a, apenas, café preto, leite, pão com presunto e queijo e pão doce.
Como sugestões para melhorias:
- incrementar o cardápio do café da manhã;
- colocar uma bucha nova na pia da cozinha a cada entrada de novo hóspede;
- deixar um pano de prato disponível no apartamento;
- colocar cortina blackout nos quartos;
- consertar as cadeiras da sala e ventilador e,
- instalar interfone no apartamento.

Tudo funciona bem, mas poderia melhorar a cama de casal e o café da manhã.
Pros:

Quarto amplo e bem iluminado. Cozinha bem equipada. Chuveiros bons. Vaga no local com acesso por controle remoto. Localização boa, perto do centro, restaurantes e mercados.

Cons:

Não gostei da cama de casal, na verdade são duas camas de solteiro juntas. A estrutura da cama é frágil. Não gostei do café da manhã, falta capricho e mais qualidade.
