Pros:

Buena ubicación, barrio más tranquilo, se duerme bien.

Cons:

No era como las fotos, parecía abandonado, no había recepción si quiera, era más como un Airbnb. Un vecino vino medio desnudo a cobrarme. La habitación decía con balcón pero era inutilizable. El baño muy pequeño y la puerta no cerraba. Una nevera pequeña podría ayudar . Se paga en efectivo

Pros:

The bedroom is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. The common bathroom is big as well and kept clean during our stay.
The location is nice, a bit out of the hectic centre but close enough to be able to walk to the old quarter, etc.

Cons:

The ground floor area is very abandoned and quite dirty. The kitchen is not very well kept and not very inviting. It's a pity cause the place could be much nicer, but it seems that it is not being properly taken care of.
With all, it's a nice option and comfortable for the pressure.
