Pros:

Nice location, however a little bit of cleaning on the ceilings, bathrooms will definitely put The Orion Hotel to a 5 Star.

Cons:

The bathroom needs touch up, cleaning ceilings under the sink basin and fans both bedroom and bathrooms dusty needs regular cleaning and also air conditioning and painting.

It was an okay price and the personel was helpful and friendly - everything else was not nice

Cons:

Did not look nice from the outside, was not in the best location, was pretty dirty and outdated, with poorly working fan, stained sheets. We were woken up multiple times during the night due to shouting on the street. The window was taped off. Not a nice room. We ended up leaving a day early and booking another hotel - we got only half the money back for the second night.

Comfortable Stay! But staff should communicate better amongst each other
Pros:

The hotel is decent, well located in South Delhi. Stay was decently comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Constant calling by the Staff for reconfirmations regarding the Reservation even after check in time being confirmed and advance payment being done. Was very frustrating after some point to keep addressing these repeated calls. The staff should learn to communicate better with each other, so that repeated calls to Guests do not need to be done.
