The continental breakfast is offered in the form of a beautiful hot and cold buffet with a wide choice of homemade and local products, it is offered from 08h to 10h every day.

Please note that a credit card pre-authorization form must be completed by customers who book 3 or more rooms.

Great hotel and highly recommended.
Pros:

Immaculately clean. Amazing bathroom. Michelin restaurant. Nespresso machine in room. Staff were lovely. This is a very good hotel in a very nice town which we hope to return to with more time to explore.

Cons:

The room was rather hot and as all the rooms near us (quiet at the back) were ground floor around a courtyard you couldn’t open the window for privacy. Breakfast was rather expensive at €25 per head. Nice but not that nice.

Pros:

De airco op de kamer was top. De locatie was ook goed.

Cons:

Op de fotos staat een zwembad maar die hoort niet bij het hotel. Erg jammer want daarom hadden wij hem wel geboekt.

Nyt, fint og rent. Morgenmaden.

Cons:

Sengene føltes som at sove på et liggeunderlag på et betongulv. Værelset føltes sterilt og koldt. Ingen entremåtte trods at man kom ind i værelset direkte udefra, ingen sengetæppe eller lignende tekstiler som havde kunnet give lidt hygge/varme. Trods prisen var følelsen at der var sparet på alt. Ingen courtesy water, ingen håndklædeholdere ved brusenichen, så håndklæder måtte enten ligge direkte på gulvet eller blive våde, ingen lotion/balsam/vanity sets, papkrus istedet for glas osv osv. Tagterrassen var heller ikke rigtigt som på deres billeder som må have været stylede til lejligheden. Billedet med fontaine føles misvisende. Der fandtes ikke andet vand ved hotellet, end det der var i hanerne...

L'emplacement, le personnel, le restaurant, cuisine excellente.

Cons:

Pour le prix il manque des équipements essentiels dans les chambres comme bonnets de douches, shampooing, après shampooing, petit frigo,... j'ai connu des hôtels beaucoup moins chers et plus luxueux niveau équipements.

Pros:

Het hotel lijkt meer op een motel maar de kamers zijn zeer ruim, zeer proper en modern ingericht.
Een kleine frigo zou wel leuk zijn.
Anders alles aanwezig.
We hadden halfpensioen geboekt.
Het restaurant serveert zeer fijn eten, zeker aan te raden.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Voor het ontbijt meer dan voldoende keuze.
Let wel...je moet buiten om naar het restaurant te gaan.

Pros:

Ligging in het centrum van Spa, zeer centraal gelegen. De setting is mooi, de vernieuwingen hebben een duidelijke meerwaarde gehad. Het sanitair is goed en verzorgd. Ontbijt is voldoende uitgebreid.

Cons:

Op de kamer heb ik een kleine koelkast gemist. De communicatie verliep niet steeds rechtlijnig; door een 'late arrival' hadden we meerdere keren contact met het hotel, maar kwam er tweemaal tegenstrijdige info. Eind goed, al goed. Het hotel beschikt over dunne muren, dat is 's avonds duidelijk wanneer de buren aankomen.
