Great stay for if you’re visiting Spa racetrack.
Pros:

Lovely room in a lovely little town, massive shower. Room stayed very cool even without the air conditioning on.

Cons:

Wasn’t made aware that the parking needed to be reserved before arrival so had to park on the road.

Kamers en ontvangst prima

De foto’s op de site zijn heel misleidend. Er is geen zwembad aanwezig, met onze vraag hiernaar beweerde de receptioniste dat de fout bij booking ligt, zij plaatsen bij elk hotel in Spa een foto van het zwembad van de Thermen. Als er geen zwembad aanwezig is vind ik het zeer ongepast dat ze foto’s tonen van een zwembad. Wij hadden geboekt met een 4-gangen diner. Ter plaatste wordt ons gezegd dat hun restaurant vandaag gesloten is en ze sturen ons naar een ander restaurant waarmee zij samen werken. L'Auberfe. Dit restaurant is van een ander niveau dan hetgene waar wij voor bij betaald hebben en een 3-gangen menu ipv 4-gangen menu gekregen. In hotel kost deze menu om en bij € 85,00. In L'Auberge kost een menu € 55,00. Het was een ervaring in mineur.
De Rooftop lag er maar armzalig bij en dat in volle seizoen. Geen kussens in de stoelen zoals op foto’s te zien is.

was een ideale uitvalbasis om te gaan wandelen in de buurt
Pros:

personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, nette kamers, goede ligging in Spa

Cons:

geen airco op de kamer, voor die prijs hadden we dit wel verwacht
en het feit dat we niet a la carte konden eten in het restaurant vonden we jammer

Cons:

Informatie gevraagd over verblijf met hond. We reisden uiteindelijk zonder huisdier. Standaardkamer die geboekt was werd al geannuleerd in onze plaats zonder dit te laten weten. Waardoor we verplicht een duurdere kamer moesten nemen of gratis moesten annuleren ter plekken. Zeer jammer.
