The continental breakfast is offered in the form of a beautiful hot and cold buffet with a wide choice of homemade and local products, it is offered from 08h to 10h every day.

Une expérience « sans contact » hors de prix!
Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur de la ville.
La déco des chambres.

Cons:

Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel digne de ce nom mais de chambres à l’arrière d’un restaurant. Hormis au moment du Check-in, du check-out et au petit déjeuner, il n’y a personne! L’accueil n’y est pas chaleureux. Et la salle de jeux en est le meilleur reflet: quelques jeux de société, un jeu de fléchettes inutilisables, un billard payant, un distributeur de boissons et de biscuits apéro hors de prix! Besoin de conseils pour visiter la région? Vous avez des flyers dans cet espace, n’en attendez pas plus! Le parking payant (10€ la nuit) dans la rue où des places gratuites sont disponibles juste en face! Le petit déjeuner n’a absolument rien à proposer qui justifie le prix demandé! Notre compagnon à 4 pattes a été bien accueilli mais un panier et une gamelle au prix de 25€ pour la nuit, me laisse aussi un gout amère!
Cet établissement m’a laissé davantage l’impression de vouloir au maximum me faire passer à la caisse sans chercher à me faire vivre une expérience agréable au sein de sa ville et de son établissement! Peut-être est-ce le coût de la vie à Spa qui justifie un rapport qualité/prix aussi décevant?!

Terrifying experience for a woman travelling alone
Pros:

I entered the property by the restaurant, thinking it was the hotel. I had a lot of luggage and a very nice woman help me to walk from the station as there were not taxi at the station and when I called reception to ask if they could send a taxi she told me it was not possible. The woman walking with me told me that was the hotel and I saw the name. As soon as I entered the person in the restaurant told me to bring all my bags to the correct entrance right away. I told him I was not able to find another entrance. Asked if I could enter by restaurant. This escalated right away as too big men with tattoos came to say the were owners/ managers/ patrons in the restaurant and I was… wel, I won’t write it here. They told me to leave their fine established and I said I did not want to stay there either as I would not be able to feel safe. I called booing and advised of the overbooking situation and that I did not feel safe. Booking cancelled my reservation ‘free of charge for me’ and have not followed up about the serious situation. Booking does not care at all how women travelling alone are treated in hotels we booked by them. Or at least they have not care yet. I still hope Booking still investigate the actions of the people involved in this incident against a woman travelling alone. And take this case with the necessary seriousness.

Geweldig comfortabel
Pros:

Het is een heel mooie en nette kamer, comfortabele bedden. Praktische en mooie badkamer. En alles is zeer hygiënisch.

Cons:

Er is een grotere ruimte waar je allerlei dingen kan doen zoals spelletjes spelen en poolen. Heel tof gezien, maar het was er wel koud. En als tip zou ik ook op de jukebox hangen dat deze niet werkend is, want we hadden er geld in gestoken. Zonder resultaat.

Fijne kamer, minder fijne communicatie
Pros:

Mooie kamer, goede bedden, fijne badkamer, vriendelijke receptioniste. De relax kamer en het dakterras waren ook prettig. En fijn dat de hond mee mocht.

Cons:

Het was mij op voorhand niet duidelijk en dat kwam ook niet uit de (algemene) beschrijving naar voren dat het meenemen van je hond echt heel duur is. Een toeslag begrijp ik, maar 25 eurp is bijna de prijs voor een derde persoon. Verder was de kamer 's nachts fris en kregen we die met de CV niet goed warmgestookt. Dat kwam waarschijnlijk door de kier onder de deur. Ik heb het daardoor echt wel koud gehad. En de creditcard reservering wordt nu al 2 weken niet vrijgeveven terwijl ik ter plaatse betaald heb. Dat vind ik echt niet kunnen.
