Muszę tutaj pozostawić bardzo dobre zdanie o personelu. Widać że personel bardzo dba o klientów i daje dużo uwagi gdy jest potrzebna. Bardzo dziękuję, było bardzo miło państwa poznać.
Szczególnie dziękuję Pani która zadbała o moje zakwaterowanie i zainteresowanie przed moim dojazdem.

Our stay in this hotel was one of the best we have had in Scotland.
Pros:

The house is beautiful and is set within exceptional grounds.
The room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming from arrival and right through to our departure.
Added bonus is the wonderful art collection throughout the hotel.

Fantastic stay in lovely hotel
Pros:

Fantastic room and facilities. Room was far bigger than we were expecting, same for bathroom.

Cons:

The temperature of the room was pretty hot as there were radiators rather than an Aircon system, we probably could have turned down the radiators to be fair.

very enjoyable, the staff were on the ball, and plenty of them
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, but for my wife I'd have had more croissants,, the full Scottish was excellent.

Cons:

MY wife dropped her pencil and had to go under the bed to find it. She also found a baby's bottle whose contents were mouldy
The base of the shower was lethal, like an ice rink, you should have a non slip mat on it. The shower itself needs attention, new washers or o rings required

Pros:

The staff at the hotel are amazing. The food is a joy. Just loved the whole place and enjoyed looking at the paintings (I think done by the owner).

Fabulous location, beautiful grounds, hotel looked stunning, above diminished the experience .
Cons:

Disabled room which was very spacious with a large walk in shower and bathroom however room was cold (was a weekend of ice and snow) and was only one radiator. Asked for a heater to put in room while enjoying a coffee in the lounge however receptionist said she didn,t think they had a heater in the hotel, there wasn,t and never got back to us to confirm?
Dined at night in the restaurant and food excellent but the side of veg which we reminded the staff about arrived as we had almost finished the main. Disappointing.
