Pros:

オーナーのカローラさんがとても素敵な人で、心地よく滞在できた。
家はとても清潔で、シャワーのお湯は温かく、リネンも揃っています。ベットの寝心地もとてもよかったです。
初めてのブエノスアイレスのため、どこに行けばいいか相談に乗ってもらい助かりました。またブエノスアイレスに戻るときは利用したいです。

昔のエレベーターが素敵
Pros:

エサイサ空港からUber（シェア）で20000ペソぐらい。帰りはUberを早朝に事前予約で26400ペソ。
ママはスペイン語、娘さんは英語ができます。
親切にいろいろ教えてくれます。

Pros:

La dueña de la casa es muy amable y atenta, realmente vale la pena. Alquilé sola y me sentí muy segura durante la estadía.
Si van a hospedarse solas o con otras chicas, lo recomiendo 100%!
La umbicacion también es buena.

Pros:

Hola somos Estela y Joanna de Río Negro. Al llegar nos estaba esperando Carol, una genia. El lugar es muy lindo y comodo, muy cercano a la zona de compras de once, que es lo que buscábamos. El dpto muy agradable a la vista. Muy bien decorado. El plus fue el hermoso Capitan 😍🐈‍⬛. Gracias Carol por recibirnos.

Hola soy de Jujuy Gracias Carol y a su hija por la buena predisposición desde que llegas hasta que te vas! Muy comodo con instalación impecable , lugar cálido tenes todo al paso restos supermercados Subtes lo más importante para movilizarse etc Recomiendo 100% ✨✨✨✨✨

Don’t stay here. There are many better choices!
Pros:

Beds are ok and the location is good

Cons:

First, I didn’t expect to share apartment with the host as the booking does not mention it is a shared apartment. I know it the day before I arrive, it makes us unable to cancel the booking.

Second, the hostess is insane! She sets so many rules that are ridiculous!
For example, we are asked to cook before 6pm!!!

Third, the most unacceptable part is she knocked our door at 4:30 am to ask us to turn off the heating!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
She said it is not allowed to turn on the heating when we are sleeping. BUT! The rules she set only mention “we should turn it off when reach the desired temperature”. That night there was cold wave snapped over the city, how come we cannot use the air conditioning when it is included in the price?😡

Fourth, DON’T FOOL BY HER WORDS IN WHATSAPP. I never feel she welcomes us wholeheartedly. Her facial expressions gave me an impression that she always feels discontent with the guests here.

Fifth, the shared kitchen only provides a pot and a pan, a jar of salt. Then nothing else. She even hides the washing detergent when she knows we cook beef!!!! Why can she be so mean to her guests????

Sixth, she only smiles when she received money. She even didn’t say goodbye when she leaves.

Seventh, there is a cat and didn’t mention in the booking. Luckily we only have little allergy about cat fur.

Last but not least, she always comments our behaviour which makes us feel stressed and uncomfortable during the stay

P.S. she will overcharge all of you by receiving pesos.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I spent leisurely 3 days at the beautiful apartment. Carol is amazing and very helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and kind. It felt so good that I didn't want to leave 😀! The building itself is very interesting - it's antique. With marble floors and carved patterns in the iron elevator. By the way, the building is within walking distance to the Congress, Palacio Barolo, and Cafe Anjelitos.
