I was delighted with my stay at My Place!
Pros:

My Place was very quiet, very clean, and loaded with room amenities that made it easy to travel with my dog! The room was spacious and well appointed with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, dispos-all, and small stovetop. The big, comfy recliner was a nice surprise! There was plenty of outside space to walk my dog, with a handy pet area including plenty of waste bags. The people were pleasant, kind, and professional, and very welcoming of the several canine companions staying while I was there (including mine). Free coffee/tea all day and handy on-the-go (or stay-in-room) snacks and meal options (frozen burritos, ice cream) were a bonus.

Clean, good location, great AC.

Cons:

They do not service the room except apparently on Thursdays but no one mentioned this when we checked in. When we found out after the first day and inquired, we could not get a straight or consistent answer from staff. It’s as though it is their policy to clean once a week but they don’t want to advertise that because they know it sounds pretty crazy! But you can get clean towels and paper products at the front desk. Not sure how to get your trash emptied. Staff needs to be more direct and just explain how things work. Comfy bed.

Disgusted with the lack of cleanliness in our room, blood on the bathroom floor, rudeness of 1 staf

The cost, location, and how new the hotel is.

Cons:

We have stayed at this location several times since they opened. This time the blankets at the end of the bed were dirty and covered in food with crumbs all over. Then the bathroom floor had blood on it. Checking out nobody was around. I yelled hello a girl came from the back room never said hello back or good morning. She appeared mad as if I just bothered her. She checked me out and I said thank you. She never responded back and went immediately to the back. Not sure we will ever go back there.
