OK for Cameroon.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Quite friendly staff.

Cons:

Guests come here to... you know, have fun. This means knocking on doors, plastic foil over mattress, etc.
No proper shower in bathroom, water splashes over everything.
Location unsafe at night, far from everything.
Boss asked me to pay him a beer which I think was unnecessary.

The cleanliness as well.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant,
Mosquitoes in the room that interrupted my sleep at night.
No water heater for a cold climate.
