Allora se si dice che accettate i cani devono entrare ovunque io ho scelto questa struttura xke c'era il ristorante interno invece quando sono arrivata mi è stato detto il suo cane rimane in stanza da solo queste cose vanno specificate x 20 euro a notte x i cani veramente esagerati non danno nemmeno i servizi esperienza veramente negativa

I have never had such a terrible night’s sleep in a 4‑star hotel.
Both Booking.com and the brochure in the room state that the air conditioning can be turned on at any time upon request. However, when we arrived very early in the morning, both the hallway and the room felt like an oven. We contacted the front desk and were told that, due to an Italian law, the air conditioning could only be activated from May onwards.
We tried opening the windows, but this made things even worse. The hotel faces a highway and is located next to a gym, so the noise was unbearable. On top of that, since the area is wooded, mosquitoes came into the room. As a result, we had several truly awful nights of sleep.
We even asked for a fan to see if it might help, but were told none were available. To make matters worse, the heating system turned on automatically and was full of dust, which triggered my allergies.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the beds were acceptable, and breakfast was okay. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The hotel is about a 40‑minute walk from the train station; there is a shuttle bus, which is helpful, but it runs on a very limited schedule.
Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, especially given the hotel’s 4‑star rating.
