Pros:

The Location is good coz it is walking distance from wharf.

Cons:

The establishment is mess. There is a foul odor early in the morning. Very noisy especially when someone walking in the third floor.

Pros:

close to Jordan port, market, shops, parking of jeepny and trycicles - 2 minutes walk.
AC has a remote control.

Cons:

Too noisy, no hot water.
No TV as it was advertised.
