Spotlessly clean. Seamless experience from booking to checkout. Excellent shared kitchen facilities.
The only downside was the lack of natural light into my room.
My room was ground floor facing into the street and the opaque privacy coverings on the bottom 1/2 of the bay window made me feel closed in when working from my room especially as it was just after the clocks had gone back.
Very quirky use of space, easy access with lots of nice little touches, highly recommend..
Slightly noisy at times on the street (they do supply ear plugs) and no parking for non permit holders outside of the hours 8pm-9am.

Everything looked new and fresh. Proximity to most things such as transportation, restaurants, the beach. We felt welcomed with staff, Ramona, meeting us as soon as the arrived. She gave us a tour of the place and explained facilities. She was cheerful and pleasant. There were treats in the room from a bottle of wine, to basic essentials like water, snacks and even rice.
Responses to messages were quite punctual although not always followed on. Most unpleasant was was a staff being blatantly untruthful about cleaning the room when everything was exactly as we left them, from the towels on the floor to bins and bed and bits on the floor. When I asked when the room is going to be cleaned, he claimed he cleaned and that no one instructed him to change the bed or towels. I asked "you cleaned"? He got angry until I also lost my temper. Other things were just unfortunate like noise from the doors slamming, though management put notices out to guests. We were also close to the front door, nice bay windows but we could not open then in the hot weather as people were smoking cigarettes on the steps and the smoke came right in through the windows.
We don't very often eat breakfast, prefer to eat out if we want breakfast, the location was excellent, not too close to the busy areas, very nice and peaceful where we stayed.
We don't think there was anything we didn't like, everything was there for what we needed and James was always there if we needed anything, first class accommodation. If there was anything that could have been better it was the car parking bug that is out of the hosts hands,more to do with the council and local parking companies.
I thought the studio was well-design so it worked as a bedroom and also as an office for the days that I worked there.
There was a powerful smell of dope coming from the next studio for the first couple of nights.
We were there for one week, and we did mostly enjoy it.
A few tweaks are needed with the shaky tables, and the TV definitely needs setting up properly as even the Freeview is not available.
Immaculately clean and a very compact space that has everything you need for a short stay. Great location and lots of added little bonuses. Highly recommend.
Mattress could do with renewing as dips in middle. Other than, nothing.
Very good location. Good facilities in a very small space, cleverly designed. Apartment was very clean and warm.
Our only problem was with the bed which was very uncomfortable as it seemed to have ‘gone’ in the middle and we continually rolled into the middle, resulting in back ache.
Also a suggestion….it would have been nice if the kitchenette had a small toaster as it was very well equipped otherwise.
Great location for me, close to George St and bus routes. Very clean and well equipped. Appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. Good security. Lots of little extra touches eg fan heater to use if CH not on. Comfortable bed and great shower.
TV WFI connection didn't work late one evening. Used my iPad instead to watch TV, which worked fine so not sure what the issue was.
The smell of the property was not good at all.. it was about the humidity of the building not the cleanse ..
The location was very convenient for Brighton

The location is very, very good. Just a few minutes to a great beach and a whole range of bars, cafes, shops...
The use of space and facilities in the room are excellent, including kitchenette, as are the additional common facilities ...
Of particular note is the top class service by the staff.
