Pros:

The staff is great and super helpful as they arranged our transportation from the hotel to the airport. We got a spacious room, well lit, and the hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

It's not very clean. It would help if they do a general cleaning. Also the AC isn't cooling the room enough though the fan helped.

Pros:

L'emplacement est super. Le personnel de la réception était compétent, très aimable, très agréable et vraiment à l'écoute de nos moindres demandes. Mention spéciale à Tommy et aussi la responsable du petit déjeuner. Elle court dans tous les sens avec un sourire permanent et une gentillesse touchante. Sauf que le contenu du petit déjeuner est de qualité très moyenne.

Cons:

Notre chambre qui était très agréable donnait sur une belle terrasse qui était sale, jonchée d'objets, et sans aucun entretien. Dommage

Good Hotel in Old Quarter, A pleasant 3 night stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect to move around Old Quarter. The breakfast spread was also good and especially all the staff were very helpful. The lady in the restaurant and the bell boys were the quiet ones but the most helpful but really provided fantastic services to our group of 9. You would constantly be greeted by the team at the front desk, which was really heartening.

Cons:

You might find the rooms a bit small, but thats true for any Old Quarter hotel in general. In general if you want bigger rooms, you should look outside old quarter.

However I do feel cleanliness can be improved for the rate of 105USD / day, especially shower areas where we found a lot of moulds.

Pros:

Very good location, nice room, staff spoke good English. Good breakfast and the lady, Anna taking care of breakfast was really good, attentive, very fast!
The hotel also has a spa and arranged for us to have massages.
We could have late check-out at a reasonable charge.
We would definitely recommend this hotel, we enjoyed it.

Sin duda el trato del personal, exiquistamente amables, tanto en recepción como en cocina en los desayunos... si pudiera les daria un 11. Hotel cuidado
,limpio , bonito y con muy buena ubicación. Cama muy cómoda.

náš obľúbený hotel v Hanoji :-)
Pros:

Boli sme tu na začiatku našej cesty po Vietname a tak sa nám páčil hotel, aj skvelý personál, že sme prišli aj v závere našej cesty. Odporúčame tento hotel. Je skvelý, na skvelom mieste, je malý, personál je priateľský, raňajky vynikajúce, izby odhlučnené, vôbec nepočuť ruch mesta, takže sa v pokoji vyspíte. Všetko v Hanoji je dostupné pešo a ste priamo v centre mesta.

Really pleased with the hotel choice in a city full of other hotels.
Pros:

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful knowing everyone’s name. Laundry done within a few hours. Bed the best we have slept in for a long time.
