Great stay!
Pros:

I liked everything! Charming little hotel! Room was small but extremely comfortable. Staff were amazingly helpful particularly Lilly. Had one of the best hot stone massages I’ve ever had in the spa by Huyen. All in all a great stay. Oh yes,the position in the old quarter is right in the hub of things.

This accommodation was in a great location to visit attractions with most only a small walk away..
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! The staff were exceptional. Fantastic service and very helpful! Definitely recommend staying here when in Hanoi.

Nocleg w Hanoi, lub trzy - bedziecie raczej zadowoleni.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania z dużym wyborem pysznych owoców. Lokalizacja pozwalała dostać się na piechotę do wszystkich ważnych miejsc w centrum Hanoi. Komunikacja po angielsku jak na Wietnam dość dobra, choć tylko z personelem recepcji. Czysta pościel i podłogi.

Cons:

Byliśmy podczas tego pobytu dwukrotnie w tym hotelu, pokój który rezerwowaliśmy za pierwszym razem dość mały, z ograniczoną możliwością rozłożenia walizek, za drugim razem pokój dużo obszerniejszy (ok 2x większy) z dużą łazienką. Warto rezerwować te większe pokoje.

Pros:

The room was spotless and very well presented. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and the location was ideal for exploring the old quarter. The staff were outstanding from start to finish.

Pros:

La posizione, la tranquillità perché la stanza dava sul cortile interno. Il buffet a colazione. L'architettura e gli arredi. La disponibilità, immediatezza di risposta e la la gentilezza di tutti.

A value for money. 100% best in old quarter that I know of.
Pros:

It was situated at the centre to many of our plans we had. And other activities vehicle pickup guys were finding it easy to locate our hotel. The staff there were extremely extremely extremely helpful. I can’t say it in words. They are one among the most nicest people I’ve come across. They are just accommodative more than enough. All the front desk staffs are loveable and charming.
