I liked the staff were always available and very polite. They have such a good language skills as well. They opened the door for me. I got an upgraded room. The best place I have been in Vietnam.

Pros:

The location is very central. I could easily walk to most of the popular places and the ones I needed to ride to were still not too far. The hotel, though not modern, was well kept and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It also had good WiFi.

Cons:

I had asked for a twin room but on arrival I got a king. I spoke to them and they immediately sorted it out

We had an excellent stay at the Babylon Premium Hotel. The facilities were outstanding, the location was perfect, and the staff were truly exceptional. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.

Having travelled extensively throughout Japan and Korea, staying mainly in four-star hotels, I can honestly say that the customer service at Babylon Premium Hotel exceeded them all.

A special thank you to Tommy, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His excellent English and willingness to help made a real difference, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Highly highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent location, exceptionally good value for money, super-friendly and very accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Amazing vibe. Very good breakfast.
I would highly highly recommend it.

Cons:

We didnt have a room with a view but it was not an issue for us.

MUY RECOMENDABLE VOLVERÍA SIN DUDAS
Pros:

Sin duda la buena voluntad y paciencia del personal Michell, Tommy y en general todos los muchachos que trabajan en el hotel, el desayuno bastante completo, las camas comodas , habitaciones limpias y con todas las necesidades de un viajero, la ubicación es buena en pleno OLD QUARTER, instalaciones limpias en general todo muy bien.

Cons:

No es critica pero se agradecería un poco más presión en el agua caliente.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and spoke English very well, so communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay.

When we checked in, the staff informed us in advance that the air conditioner in our room needed some maintenance. They immediately arranged another room for us to relax in while the repair was being completed. As promised, the room was ready on time with the air conditioner working perfectly. We really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many popular tourist attractions within walking distance. The entire property is clean, tidy, and well organized.

Considering the quality of the service, cleanliness, and location, I believe this hotel offers excellent value for money.

The Babylon is a nice looking building with an impressive foyer. Good location. Comfortable bed. The thing that impressed me was the friendly staff. Big thank you to Ted, Tommy and Michele.. also Tony who arranged some bus trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh. I have booked to return for extra nights.
