I booked room with 4 beds for four people. On arrival they denied check-in in room which I booked, they offered very basic room with one double bed only on same price which was not acceptable at all. After showing them room photos and details I booked then they gave another room with one double bed and one mattress, this was also not same I booked.
Booked room was with AC, they turned off AC switch from outside and charged full amount.
Very rude, arrogant and badtameed staff.
Don’t rely on booking with this hotel.
Online portals should ban such fraudis and scammers.

When I arrived at the hotel, I told them that I booked through booking.com, but the arrogant man at the reception desk just kept repeating that they were fully booked for the night, without any apology. Even though there were many rooms available on the reception computer screen. In fact, the hotel didn't seem to be busy. I showed him my reservation number and after 15 minutes of arguing, he finally gave me the two rooms I booked. It was obvious that they didn't want us to stay there. I don't know why. The other staff were kind. And the next morning, I was told that the hotel had contacted booking.com to tell me that they were a no show. Even though we had stayed there. If booking.com hadn't sent me an email, I would have had to pay twice. It was the worst response from the hotel.
