Large room.
Shower was just a dribble of water then stopped altogether. Breakfast was poor, toaster did not work and butter was stored above it so it was melted and unusable. Only Nutella to spread on toast. Cereal but no cold milk. Area around hotel was not a nice area but a tuktuk ride to CP was easily obtained.
Bed was comfy. Arranged taxi for us and early check in. Easy to get tuktuk to Connaught Place
Basic room with scruffy shower. Breakfast was disorganised

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, helpful staff, and peaceful environment. The location was good and everything was well managed.
However, I didn’t really like the food. The food quality could be better and the taste was not up to the mark. overall ok
The room was dirty, not well maintained, there were power outages several times, there's no proper space for the shower. The ratings we found in booking were very misleading.

The hotel itself is good. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was also good. However, the hotel had already damaged my trust before I even arrived. They asked me to cancel my reservation because, according to them, I had paid too little. They refused to give me the room for that price. I had booked the hotel five months earlier for €105, but it had increased to €135, which is why they wanted me to cancel.
At the final bill, they charged me for breakfast, even though it was included in the room. What I found worst was that they asked me to pay 3000 rupees (excluding parking) for a pickup from Hindon Airport. My flight tickets with Indigo Airways from Varanasi to Delhi only cost me 2700 rupees. The hotel taxi was more expensive than my flight tickets.
In the end, I paid only 421 rupees through Uber for a ride from Hindon Airport to the hotel. Hindon Airport is also 6 kilometers closer to the hotel than Delhi Airport. If I had landed there, they would have picked me up for free, as this was included in the room price.
All of this made my stay at the hotel very unpleasant.

The rooms are very specious.. very clean also. But the things switch box and bathroom taps all are old . Ac is also an old window AC. But everything is working fine and clean.
