Pros:

the room was big, clean and comfortable, there is all you need. the staff was always very kind and helpfull.

Cons:

there was actually no hot water in the shower, just a mild water, but not warm.
also I strongly do not recommend the Spa located in the underground floor, the massage was not professional, just putting a lot of cream on, but no actual massage like thai, classical or whatever, I got pissed even more as they wanted to charge me 45min although i was "done" in 30min. the "service" was already overpriced and the lady had the gut to even ask for a tip of 200rupies. i got really very upset. that is not the way you provide a service!!!

Pros:

I have been welcomed with water, cappuccino, goody basket with chips, chocolates, cookies, etc. The buffet at breakfast is excellent having both indian & 'western' dishes (toaster!) and a great coffee machine! Nice menu and good food at their room service 24/7. I loved the mattress, it felt like sleeping on a big pillow. This hotel is old yet, they make the best of it, everything function well. Unfortunately the area is kind of 'industrial' but close to metro, ATM in front, McDonald's 2 minutes. They earn my trust every step of the way and for that I am grateful.

Cons:

If you love your life, please make sure to stay as far from this place as possible. It was a complete scam, we were immediately surrounded by dozens of people trying to scam and trick us upon entering the street. Most stressful moment of our lives, as a large male group. WORST LOCATION I'VE SEEN OJ MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Pros:

It had a gym which was hard to find elsewhere and why I ended up booking this location. It was fine, a little under construction still.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely was not as nice as in the pictures.

I had a package dropped off at the hotel a couple hours before checking in and when I asked they couldn't find it. I had to get the company that dropped the package off on the phone and speak to the staff before they were able to find it, which was right behind the desk.

The breakfast was basically out of everything when I went down and the area was so packed with people there was nowhere to sit down.

I chose the location because it was convenient to get to some sights, but a driver I had told me this was not a safe area to stay.

The room had a window above the door, so light came in from the hallway when I tried to go to sleep.

While it was fine for one night, I wouldn't stay longer.

Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

El personal, el trato, la atención, son perfectas. Se siente el cuidado hacia los detalles y hacen lo humanamente posible para que todo esté en orden. Ya me he alojado varias veces en este hotel y repetiré, ya que viajo a India con frecuencia. Ahora que los he conocido, no pienso cambiar más. La comida es muy buena y el desayuno tiene una variedad de platos, para mi gusto, suficiente.

Cons:

He puntuado algo baja la limpieza, porque estaban de obras y es lógico que no esté todo perfectamente limpio, aunque las habitaciones sí lo están. Es sobre todo en las zonas comunes donde se aprecia este detalle, que tampoco me parece demasiado incómodo.

Pros:

Ηταν κεντρικό ξενοδοχειο, πάνω στο δρόμο, αλλά το βράδυ δεν μπορούσες να κυκλοφορήσεις. Μπορείς να αλλάξεις νομισμα μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο σε καλή τιμή , και σου κλείνουν και ταξί για περιηγηση στην πόλη με 37 ευρώ την ημέρα. Βέβαια όπου σε πηγαίνουν για ψώνια ή για να φάς παίρνουν προμήθεια. Υπάρχουν άλλες επιλογές πολύ οικονομικότερες και εξίσου καλές ή και καλύτερες , αλλά θα πρέπει να τις ψάξεις μόνο σου.

Cons:

βρώμικο, οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο και κατά βάση ινδικό. εγώ δεν μπορούσα να φάω τίποτε. Παράγγειλα όμως στο δωμάτιο τηγανιτές πατάτες και ήταν οι καλύτερες που έφαγα στην Ινδία. Έμεινα σε 3 διαφορετικά δωμάτια , με πίεση δική μου, καθόσον το πρώτο ήταν χείριστο , το δεύτερο καλύτερο και το τρίτο ακόμη πιο καλό ως υποφερτό. Αν από την αρχή είχα μείνει στο τρίτο δωμάτιο , το οποίο και πάλι υστερούσε στην καθαριότητα, θα έδινα καλύτερη βαθμολογια

Pros:

Ήταν πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο, αλλά το βράδυ δεν μπορούσες να κυκλοφορήσεις μόνος σου. Το ξενοδοχείο μας έκλεισε αυτοκίνητο μα οδηγό για μια ημέρα αντι 37 ευρώ, ο οποίος μα γύρισε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης . Η τιμή για μας ήταν καλή, αλλά σε σχέση με την χώρα που βρισκόμασταν ήταν πολλά χρήματα. Γενικά, στην Ινδία , όπου πάνε δυτικοί , οι τιμές πολλαπλασιάζονται πολλές φορές, ακόμη και η είσοδος σε μουσεία έχει άλλη τιμή για τους Ινδούς και άλλη για τους ξένους.

Cons:

το πρωινό ήταν ινδικό - δεν είχε τίποτε δυτικό πέρα από nutella για ψωμί είχε μόνο φετες του τοστ. Ειχαμε κλείσει στο ξενοδοχείο 3 φορες διανυκτέρευση. την πρώτη βραδιά ένα δίκλινο. Ήταν άθλιο, βρωμικο, χωρίς παραθυρο με χαλασμένο A/C . Ζήτησα αλλαγή, αλλά δεν υπήρχε ελευθερο δωμάτιο. Στη ρεσεψιον μας το πένεψαν , ότι δήθεν μας έδωσαν μεγαλύτερο family room, αλλά ήταν απαράδεκτο και φυσικά ούτε λόγος για 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο. Την 2η ημερα είχαμε κράτηση για 3κλινο δωμάτιο. Ευτυχώς μας έδωσαν ένα καλύτερο δωμάτιο, με παράθυρο, και 3 κρεβάτια, αλλά η καθαριότητα στο μέτριο και λίγο πιο κάτω. Τα σεντόνια, αν και υποτίθεται ότι ήταν λευκά , είχαν ένα γκρι - μπεζ χρώμα με λεκέδες που δεν βγήκαν στο πλύσιμο. τα μαξιλάρια τα τυλίγαμε με μια πυζάμα για να κοιμηθούμε. την τελευταία ημέρα μας έδωσαν ένα ακόμη καλύτερο δωμάτιο , με καλό μπάνιο ( καλύτερο από τα άλλα) και μας ζήτησαν να τους βάλουμε καλή βαθμολογία.
