Había contratado dos suites y al hacer check in me dieron dos habitaciones de inferior categoría=con una diferencia abismal entre la,que había contratado(reformada recientemente) y la que me ofrecían .tras hablar con recepción solo pudimos cambiar una de ellas a la que había contratado (nos,disponían de más ).
No hay caja fuerte
No están insonorizadas .se oye gente pasillo y otras habitaciones

Doskonała lokalizacja, około kilometra do głównej stacji dworzec kolejowego i metra, dookoła masa restauracji i sklepów. Pokój przestronny z ogromnym oknem i widokiem na ruchliwą i ciekawą ulicę. Czystość w hotelu pierwsza klasa. Bardzo pomocny, miły i uśmiechnięty personel. Doskonałe śniadania, duży wybór potraw. Polecamy ten hotel z całego serca 💚

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

The airport pickup that came with our booking can only be described as excellent and went very smoothly. The changed room given was very comfortable, with good WIFI and a hot shower. Breakfast was also very good and served just down a laneway. Staff were friendly and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Their ongoing communication, local knowledge and assistance given for onward travel was very much appreciated and onward travel was booked through them and went perfectly. They are close to restaurants, ATM, shops and its an ideal location to sight see from. Public transport is also close by but we primarily used Private Cars or a Taxi.

Cons:

The initial room given to us was beautiful in appearance and very spacious but the lighting was poor as some lights were not working and there was no view, when the window / curtains were opened all one saw was a dark service duct barely 1meter wide full of air conditioners. To the hotels credit, we were moved to another room which was much brighter and everything worked but the room was a little smaller and not as beautiful as the initial room but we were happy with the exchange.
