Pros:

Der Service war hervorragend: Da unsere Waschmaschine einen Fehler anzeigte, durften wir sofort die Maschine im Nachbarraum nutzen. (leider hatte diese den selben Fehler). Auch die Ausstattung und alle Details waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Einziges Manko: Die Sauberkeit im Bad um die Waschmaschine herum war nicht ganz so gut.

Pros:

The place is spacious, has comfy beds, is in a quiet area, very close walk to convenience stores and the train station. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They do cleaning every 3 nights, and they include laundry detergent tablets so you can wash your clothes. Despite checking out at 10am and having a flight for late in the evening, they let us store our luggage in a locked area where we could pick it up later ourselves. It is also a very close walk to the Osaka castle. If you stay in Osaka, stay here

Großes Appartement für japanische Verhältnisse. Alles sauber, praktisch, kann man nicht meckern. Tolle Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Cons:

Ausstattung in der Küche könnte umfrangreicher sein. Die Bedienung der Waschmaschine haben wir nur grob hinbekommen, weil sie auf japanisch war.

Almost great, except for one important thing
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were really helpful and nice. There were a lot of great amenities. Great value for money.

Cons:

I wish the cleaning had been done better. We found some hair in various parts of the room (including in the bed), a glass in the cupboard was dirty, and there was a strange smell in the WC. It is a pity because everything else was great, and cleanliness is very important. Please take more care regarding this, and it will become an instant 10.

Easy and great value
Pros:

It was easy access. The girl at the front desk explain everything perfectly. And the location was great. I went there with my parents and we slept super comfortably. I really recommend this location.

Clean, roomy apartment
Pros:

It was nice to have the extra room afforded by an apartment after being in a tiny hotel room for 3 days. The check in process was easy. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the area quiet.

Cons:

The location was not the most convenient for our activities. We used taxis rather than mass transit.
