Pros:

本次入住雙床房，整體環境整潔舒適，工作人員十分親切友善。
因本次到達班機時間較晚，已過飯店櫃檯協助入住的服務時間，
事前已有向飯店聯絡確認，飯店十分迅速的回覆，讓我很安心。
入住前飯店有提供自助入住的方法說明，自助入住隔天早上需到櫃檯辦理完整的入住手續（約5分鐘內可完成）。
有提供寄放行李的服務（需和工作人員說，無需另外付費）。

有簡易小廚房及基礎廚具，可自己簡單料理。
洗手間是單獨一間，浴室有乾濕分離，房間內有洗脫烘三合一洗衣機（無需另外付費）。
有基礎備品，如備品不夠，可在一樓大廳自助領取。
附設基礎家電：電視、冰箱、吹風機、吸塵器、微波爐，冷暖氣等。
＊吹風機的風量偏小，如長髮或頭髮多的人可能要吹比較久。
＊本次入住的房型洗手間有門檻、房間有高低差，走路需稍微留意一下。

最近的地鐵站為天滿橋站，僅需步行5分鐘即可到達飯店。
飯店附近有小公園，附近也有全家、7-11和LAWSON等超商，離LIFE超市僅需步行約5分鐘，
購買宵夜或臨時需要的生活用品等，生活機能方便。
離梅田很近（搭地鐵至東梅田僅2站），離大阪城也很近（可步行抵達）。

整體住宿體驗非常滿意，下次如有機會再訪大阪會再考慮入住。

Great for friends traveling together
Pros:

It's in a pretty nice part of town. The room was cozy, but well equipped. Being able to use the laundry machine at the end of my trip was a huge plus. Being able to store my luggage at the apartment office was really helpful. The staff even brought it up to my room before check-in! Good shower and toilet.

Cons:

Beds weren't as comfortable as I was hoping. The room gets really hot, very quickly. They were firm, but not extremely springy..The heating was turned up to 26°C and I didn't notice after coming home from a late night. Woke up drenched in sweat and had to turn the AC on.

숙소 근처가 조용하고 공원도 있어서 좋았어요
아파트 숙소임에도 불구하고 리셉션이 있어서 불편한 점이 있으면 바로 도와주셔서 감사했습니다

Cons:

정말 다 좋았는데 겨울이라 추워서 에어컨에 있는 히터기능을 썼더니 건조했어요ㅠ
그리고 헤어드라이기가 힘이 약해서 머리 말리는데 오래 걸렸네요 여자분들 참고하시면 될듯해요!

Si es invierno no vayas! El frio que hace en la habitación no es normal
Pros:

Si invierno no vengas!!! Pasamos un frio de hipotermia. Había pelos en el baño. Nos cobraron la tax al entrar y al dia siguiente la chica nos la cobro otra vez porque decir que no tenia registro de haberlo pagado, un timo. Lo único bueno que nos dejaron mover las fechas de la reserva un dia porque nos tuvimos que marchan antes con los problemas con los vuelos y la guerra.

Die Lage war wirklich gut. In der Nähe der U-Bahn. Seven Eleven und Family Mart in der Nähe. Fußläufig vom Osaka Castle

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist für 2 Personen einfach sehr eng und ich fand es auch relativ hart.. Das Zimmer (vor allem das Bad) hätten sauberer sein können. Gerade die sanitären Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hatten wir auf unserer Reise schon schöner, komfortabler und moderner gesehen.
Das Bad und die Toilette sind sehr eng (aber das ist für japanisches Verhältnisse ja normal)

Великолепное расположение, две станции метро рядом, 7/11, очень большой номер для Японии, на ресепшен можно взять необходимые вещи для проживания, даже капсулы для стирки, очень удобно! На ресепшен работали прекрасные люди, очень помогали, всегда улыбчивые и открытые к диалогу, огромная благодарность вам! Отель разрешил оставить багаж на несколько дней, пока мы уехали в другой город, за это отдельное спасибо! В общем, рекомендую от души остановиться здесь, если ещё думаете :)

Cons:

В нашем номере было очень холодно, к сожалению. Как бы не старался кондиционер, пол всегда был ледяной и сидеть за столом, чтобы работать, было некомфортно, этот момент хотелось бы как-то решить обогревателем)

Perfect hideaway
Pros:

An excellent, no-fuss hotel to stay at in Osaka. I originally booked an Airbnb, but since it was my first time to Osaka I wanted to be greeted by a staff. They offer a main lockable front entrance, and luggage storage for small periods on the day of your check in or out. The room comes with amenities, like gel, shampoos, toothbrush, paste, shaver and cream, as well as drip coffee sachet. There is also a washing machine and the detergent is provided. The washing machine is also a dryer. Bed was comfy, night time was super quiet for good sleep. It’s close to the station, and away from all the noise, which I liked. Nice restaurants and convenience stores are dotted around, I walked over the bridge to Noum each morning for a big breakfast before heading off for the day. The Castle’s in walking distance. And the line to Tennoji connects with all the major spots. The staff are available but super hands off. It’s like an Airbnb but with some support. Perfect for solo travellers. Good luck!
